Typical Jimmy John’s. Freaky fast service and an all around good sandwich. I have found however at this location that the delivery vehicles always take the front parking spots. On a rainy day this not very customer friendly. The closest parking spaces should really be saved for customers, not employees.

Freaky fast? 20 minutes for delivery is not my definition of freaky fast. Napkins! Never have i once gotten some w my delivery. And delivery drivers, bring the customers change! Its really rude to not give back change. Yes you will get a tip, but don’t just expect to keep it all and start to walk away. I’ve even had times where they don’t bring my change back w them at all. Crazy to me. It gets a 3 bc food is always good and always correct.

Shoutout to Anthony for awesome customer service. My neighborhood roads were closed around me and he had to walk from his car a couple blocks away just to deliver my sub. Thanks again!

Jimmy John’s makes the best veggie sub I have ever had! I love the avocado spread. The bread is delicious! Either when I go into the Monroe St. location, or arrange a delivery on-​line, I never wait long. They are fast and very professional! I am a forever customer!

We ordered lunch to be delivered today for four people. Our order was delivered freaky fast and everything was correct. The only bummer was the online ordering was down and we had to call it in. We like to use online ordering so we can put nicknames on the sandwiches. .jimmy johns always plays along. We order once a week for lunch and are never disappointed.

I was visiting back home in Sylvania and throwing a party. So in order to keep people fed we ordered 3 times in 2 days. 2 deliveries and 1 pick up order. This is a model Jimmy Johns! The sandwiches were perfect every time. Extra this, skip this, etc… I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s, but often times find them to be inconsistent. But NOT this location, PERFECTION! Happy, kind and attentive employees. I heard they have a new owner… they are doing a great job! Thanks for feeding us when we didn’t have time to feed ourselves!

Walk in the door and they start shouting to apologize for being slow in taking your order. The service here really hustles, caring about doing it right. The place is well managed, very unlike one I’ve been to in Michigan of this same chain.
The subs are very good too. The ingredients are fresh, and they are very consistent in how they make the subs.
Much much better than that place making something similar who advertises on TV all the time.
