DO NOT rent a moving truck from here. They have no skills in customer service. They are rude and hard to deal with. The woman who helped us is named Karen and she was unhelpful. When we asked her questions she acted irritated and mean. We had to almost walk out before she would start helping us and answer our questions. From the minute we walked in, I could tell she didn’t want to take care of us. She is awful. Trust me you DO NOT work with these people.

This is just a small, little lot, where they rent Penske trucks with a storage facility attached to it. Why I am even reviewing the place is because of the amazing quality of the customer service. The people behind the counter, we polite, knowledgable, and patient. The trucks were clean, the grounds are well lit.
I was only in town for a few hours, so I needed my truck quickly. My flight was delayed coming in, so I was not going to make it to the place before it closed. When I called and explained my situation, the counter worker told me to take my time and she would wait. I could not believe it, but they stayed open just for me. Penske will be my go to company from here on out.
