7 Rose Studios

We hired Shay/​7 Roses for our wedding last September because we thought he understood what we wanted. He said he would give us the short video in 2 weeks and long one in 3 months but he started making excuses about how he was getting busy and this and that. Finally he gave us the draft of the short video in 3 months and he took forever to send us the draft of the long video. After constant back and forth for few months and more excuses, he said he was working on the video and he wants us to be happy with the film the first time we see it, but he sent a poorly edited video (camera falling multiple times, etc)… anyway i had to give him shot by shot description of what needed to be done and he finally sent me another draft at the end of May. By this time I was fed up with this guy so i asked him to put the latest draft in the dvds as per our contract and send it to me but he still hasn’t. Its been close to a year now. This is the most unprofessional company/​guy I have ever worked with!!! stay away with this company.
