This is a very shady office, the staff is incompetent and this is one of those Drs who is more concerned about being paid first before anything else. Before visiting the Dr., the office staff took it upon themselves to investigate what insurance I had without any communication with me. The incompetent staff insisted they had the right insurnace for me, when they did not. After presenting my insurance card, the staff would not accept it and insisted I had other insurance. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I should of known better — as the first thing you see in this office are tons of signs about paying them. An example: YOU MUST PAY COPAY IN CASH AT TIME OF VISIT. I will be sending this doctor a bill from me — for my hours wasted with this nonsense and the gas I wasted getting to this office!
