SW was having a 40% sale in July, so we decided to refresh the wall paint in one of the rooms in our house. The walls were painted with a SW paint two years ago, I brought the old paint can into the store to get exactly the same paint. The clerk was not able to explain why he could not apply the 40% to a gallon of paint, so I did not get that discount. The worst part came later when the new paint absolutely did not match the old paint. I called SW and was told that the «base paint» recently changed, so colors won’t match. I’ve been a happy SW customer before, going forward I’ll buy my paints at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

The selection of paint is legendary, the quality without compare, and all the needed accouterments are well stocked.
The prices are excellent and the customer service relaxed but pleasant.
I just finished a rather large painting project that was largely accomplished thanks to the wisdom of the staff of this particular Sherwin Williams. All of my questions were answered confidently and the service was lightning fast!
Most importantly, the project looks fantastic, and much of that is owed to this Sherwin Williams.
