In one simple word all I can say about this place is AMAZING! The staff made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything I needed to know. They are so friendly and really know their stuff! The best part of this place is the results. Even after one treatment I saw a difference in my hair growth. It was painless and they really went the extra mile to be sure that I was comfortable. Great great place!

Complete waste of time. I went in for a consultation and the man (I don’t know he never told me his name but I think he was the owner) spent the whole time talking about how I have light hair so the laser treatments might not work. He suggested trying a patch test but told me they were too busy to spare even a couple minutes that and I’d have to come back. Call me crazy but if I have an appointment for a consultation shouldn’t the patch test be part of the consultation? To top it off he wouldn’t discuss pricing with me so that I could even decide if I wanted to come back for the patch test or not. I expressed that I felt I just wasted my time by coming in only to have to come back to get the information I wanted and he complained that he wasted his time too! He was not very nice at all and being that I was a potential customer going to spend probably thousands at his business I think he didnt have to be as rude as he was. How this place was voted «Best of LI» is beyond me.

I went there because the place I was going to before was too expensive and the treatment was too painful so, after reading their website’s reviews saying theirs was pain free, I was silly enough to decide to try them. I wanted to get a Brazilian bikini done, so I wanted a woman. Since they were a husband and wife team they told me during my free consultation that having the wife work on me was not a problem. Unlike my session at the prior place I went, theirs rendered no results at all. When you have laser hair removal the lasered hairs are supposed to melt away and never return (or take at least 6 months) after the first treatment. The reason for multiple treatments is that in each follicle there are multiple hairs. Well, their treatment did not work at all. I saw ZERO RESULTS. When I called to complain the husband said he could only help me if I let him do the treatment next time. Needless to say I did not want a man doing the Brazilian bikini laser hair removal, so I told him it had to be his wife, as promised, and probably the setting she used was incorrect but since she was trained just like him she could adjust it. He insisted it had to be him or he could not offer a free treatment to fix the mistake. I decided to just never return and let everyone I know be aware that this place does not render the promised results and the owner is a little… strange.

Oddly enough, as I get older, I find that Newton’s Third law is alive and well on my head: as I add Rogaine in ever greater amounts to the back of my head to grow hair, the need to remove unwanted hair from other areas of my head is occurring at the equal and opposite rate.
Call it a natural occurrence to getting older, or maybe I’m just becoming more vain about my appearance but I am getting tired of plucking this and that from ears and uni-​brow areas and such… so I figure, why not nuke the hell out of it and call it a day?
I found Soft Touch Laser after doing some research so I went for an appointment to see what is what. The owners are a husband and wife team and after getting up close with the magnifying glasses to my faccia brutta we decided what approach would work best.
The initial treatment went off that very day and it takes about 4 or so visits to completely whack those pesky follicles — each person is different so you may have to go more times. In any case, I have definitely seen a change in the areas involved and soon expect to have more time in the morning to do other things other than plucking…
The offices are very clean, the staff is great and the treatment, at least in my case, is only a few minutes and you are one your way. The cost for what I needed was much cheaper than what I expected.
So what are you waiting for? Nuke your cooter, fry your follicles, zap that moustache, undo that uni-​brow or even get rid of that pesky butt hair… just do it!
