Horrible experience. Went in and ordered 3 subs. No other customers were there. John the employee refused my mothers request for extra tuna on her 6 inch sub. Said it was not allowed. We told him to charge us whatever for it and he refused. I complained about the poor customer service and he finally put more tuna on the sub. He was VERY skimpy on all the veggies and when asked for more, he was agitated putting more on. After the whole order was complete and bagged up, I asked him for his store number. He asked why I wanted it and I said to document the poor customer service we received. He refused to give the store number and then said he would not sell us the sandwiches. Said he only deals with nice customers. What kind of business is this that the customer can’t get what he or she wants on the sandwich without begging? And then when they are dissatisfied they can either not complain about it and be allowed to purchase the sandwiches or complain and leave empty handed. I’ve been to subway hundreds of times over the years and this tops the cake for worst experience ever. we will not be returning. John is a substandard employee and should be fired for refusing to complete the order.

Ordered the spinach salad with chicken he literally put in 4 leaves I said really it’s a salad. Added 3 and looked at me seriously. Added 4 more. I give up and I’m sure I’ll still be hungry. Really a shame cause it tastes really good. Gotten this at other subways but this is ridiculous

I came in here a couple nights ago and ordered a Italian sandwich. the man put all the meats on and while he was putting on the cheese he coughs heavily right on the sandwich. so i said«excuse me i don’t want to be rude but you just coughed on my sandwich i don’t want it anymore» he apologized and offered to make a new one. i said no thank you and began to walk out. i turned around to see him putting the cheese and meats back to be served to the next person to order them! Definitely will never be going back to this subway ever!!!

This is my first review and I dont usually feel strongly enough to review anything but tonight was different. I went to this subway around 745 on a thursday night and the entire restaurant was empty. This is usually pretty common. It took the man about 2 minutes to come out from the back and I was greeted coldly as if I had inturupted whatever he was doing back there. I then procedwd to order the advertized 5 dollar eggplant parm footlong and the man looked at me like I had 3 heads, he questioned me like 3 times«Egg? Eggplant? Egg» he then searched around all the refridgerators but couldnt find the eggplant.(If you dont carry it then take down the darn sign) the man then tried to convince me to order the egg and cheese sandwich, I guess he didnt realize that egg and eggplant really arent the same. In the end I ended up just going with my usual staple of a BLT(also a 5dollar footlong) with pretty much all the veggies. At the end I decided to make it the combo, as advertized for an additional 2.50 with a side(cookies) and a medium drink… now im no math wiz but a 5dollar footlong with an additional 2.50 to make it a combo should be 7.5 before tax, so maybe like just over 8 after tax. The man then charged me over 9 dollars and when I questioned the price(although just a dollar more than it should have been) the man again acted as if he had no idea what I was saying and when I asked if i could have a receipt he told me that I couldnt. I ended up walking out annoyed and dissatisfied… once I got home and ate my sandwhich although it tasted good and the cookies were delicious, I couldnt get the sour taste of the experience out of my mouth.
