This is by far the worst customer service experience I ever had. I would never give them another penny and suggest you go to any swim store but Swimmer’s Choice. The people working at the store actually said «I don’t care» when I told them they wouldn’t get our club’s business next year. Working in the service industry I was completely shocked at their disregard for the customer. I hope this helps save you a trip to their store. If I could of chose no stars I would have.

Good friendly staff. Well stocked and decent selection of suits and goggles. You can always order online but I needed the suits ASAP and my kids needed to try the suits on. We took our time to pick out suits and try them on. Evelyn gave a a nice TYR tote to take our stuff home. Christina was friendly as usual. I have it 4 star because they don’t have weekend hours.

They have a decent array of products but the customer service is severely lacking. There were at least 3 employees working there and I was the only customer yet I was pretty much completely ignored. I needed to buy quite a few things but I ended up leaving with more questions than answers. I will not be returning.
