Dropped off my SUV at 8:30 for scheduled apt to repair hood latch. Had to call at 1:39 as hadn’t heard anything back. Was told hood was fixed but latch was broken so they needed to order parts which would be in next week. I decided to pick it up and make another apt for next week when part was in. When I picked it up, they had not repaired anything, only reset software. Seems the service department doesn’t know what they are doing or how to communication.
