It’s been a while since I was there but I liked it when I did go. Clean office, pretty easy to schedule appointments, all the staff and the dentist were nice. The only thing that did bother me when I went was how pushy they were about getting crowns, which seemed odd since no other dentist ever said anything to me about it. I never did get crowns and it became more of an issue each time I went. I’ve since moved and recently saw another dentist and had to have a couple of fillings redone due to decay. I asked if I got crowns if it would prevent this issue in the future and my current dentist said no, they are way too expensive(1300) for my issue and completely unnecessary. Crowns are for when like half the tooth is decayed. Glad I didn’t get them done in Syracuse as my presumption it was not necessary was correct. I’d still recommend this office but be mindful of recommendations.

Switched to this dentist. Fast to get appointment. Friendly staff. Clean bright office and exam rooms. Free coffee(k cups), cold drinks, and cookies in waiting room. Nice experience overall.

I’ve switched to this dentist. I’ve been to this dentist about half a dozen times to have everything done from crowns to cleanings. Each time, I voiced my concerns or questions about whatever was being done, and each time I was listened to and answered. I spend most of my time with the hygienists in this office, who, as a rule, are all delightfully nice. Ever had a rough teeth cleaning? You won’t get it here. Ever been afraid of feeling the pain? They make sure to give you enough novocaine. What I like most about Dr. Grasso’s office is the Keurig coffee machine, treats, and non-crappy magazines in the waiting room. If I have an almond cookie it’s not a big deal. These people understand that stuff happens to teeth. This office has been nothing but kind and professional with me. Note: Grasso’s office switched network status with my insurer, and always takes pains to explain that they’re getting paid more for their work. This is fine, but I never ask if I’M paying more than before… rather than the dentist getting reimbursed more than before.
