Awful service. Ordered 1 bagel & cream cheese and 1 bagel egg sandwich to go, waited 27 minutes. 4 separate parties came after us and left well before us, including a party of 5 men that ordered full meals for sit down. Not so much as an apology or anyone acknowledging us.

This place was TERRIBLE. With a name like Bagelicious, one would expect the bagels to be fresh, and, even if not made on site, at least made locally and from scratch. These bagels were not. They were mass-produced(likely Thomas brand? I’m not sure as I haven’t bought bread aisle bagels in years) and full of preservatives. The list of cream cheese flavors included cheddar chive, so I went for that, expecting a blended yellow cream cheese with chives. Instead, I got a thin spread of plain cream cheese on ONE half of the bagel(LAME), sprinkled with dried chives from a McCormick spice container(I watched it happen) and topped with shredded Mexican cheese blend. After biting into the bagel, and being met with the taste of bitter factory bagel, I ended up licking the cream cheese and shredded cheese off of the bagel because I was starving(and, to be fair, the flavor of the plain cream cheese was fine), then threw the rest away and drove to Breugger’s. The service was just slightly less than mediocre, but when coupled with the terrible bagels, this place earned itself one measly star.

Hidden away, down in the basement level of a medical building is this excellent deli. I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and desserts the most, though everything is good, fresh, and reasonably priced.

This place had great lunch and breakfast. Soups, salads, deli bar. Philly cheesesteak. And, of course, bagels. Hidden location on the basement floor of the medical building, but worth the find.
