A germ-infested, corporate playground for rich, single-child families. Pricing format feels like a clam-shell game and although the kid(s) love it, you might throw your back out trying to be the rare, responsible adult who follows his kids around.

Breakfast with Santa was a bust. The food was terrible. The park was overheated and under-lit. The Breakfast with Santa event was nothing more than a money grab. Very disappointed kids.

Would give them less if I could! There was a child’s birthday party during our visit and the adults from the party were running around. They were throwing balls and pushed over my 2 year old daughter chasing another adult. When we told the manager she said«they get a little excited when they have a party.» Then refused to give us a refund because we had already been there over a half hour. This is suppose to be a child friendly and safe establishment but you can’t trust the teens working there to enforce rules on rowdy adults.

Our son is 1 years old, so weren’t sure where we could bring him, but knew we wanted to go somewhere that he could play and socialize with other children. What an amazing place for kids. He loves it every time we go. Bright colors, energizing music, and children’s giggles and squeals. The toddler area is a little disappointing, but my son doesn’t care. He skips the toddler area and heads for the nearest padded stair case he can climb. I climb right behind him while we’re in the tubes and tunnels, as he is a little young to let loose, but there is plenty of room for me to do that. You’re definitely sore by the end, and ecstatic to stand up straight when you finally find your way out. But they sleep like logs after just a few short hours of playing here. The food is not too over priced, but I do think the admission is a little overpriced for smaller kids(ie. you shouldn’t have to pay for the 1st parent). I won’t complain though, as nothing I do at home wears him out quite so well. :)

This place is like some wonderful drug for kids. You bring them in, let them loose, and they’ll be gone for hours. No worries, the place takes photos and checks bracelets so your kid can’t leave without you. You can of course join your child in this insane maze, but your knees and back will hate you for it. Instead sit out front and eat some cheap pizza content with the knowledge that your child will sleep like a log after a few hours in this place.

Billy Beez is AWESOME! My family and I had a super time when we were there! Totally affordable and right in the middle of a huge, really nice mall by downtown Syracuse. All day admission for a single price so you can leave and come back but there’s a little café inside so you can eat food there too so it’s crazy convenient! All in all my family had a great time and the slides were just as fun for me as the kids. :) Totally recommend!
