Worst food ever! U should be shut down so no one else has to suffer from your flavorless trash! I want to return the pizza slice I consumed after it comes out my rear!

I ordered from this restaurant on Grub Hub and the estimated time was an hour. It was already 12:00 when I ordered my food, and a little after 1:00 I called and asked where my food was. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and nasty (She obviously just needs to get laid). She told me that my food was on the way and that someone left with a bunch of orders. A half hour later my food was still not there so I called again. I told her that I was not impressed with the service and expected my food soon. She then told me «I am just like everyone else in the world: I feel entitled.» I was waiting for long for my food that I fell asleep. The next day I woke up and I did not get a call until 3:00 AM. I am just appalled that my food took 3 hours to get to me. So i called and asked for my money back which I had already paid for it, and they have yet to get back to me. This restaurant is an abomination. I do not recommend anyone order from them.

I hate them. I waited 3 hours for my pizza, and when I called the first time he told me the driver got a ticket for a headlight out and would be on his way shortly. An hour later it was «he has a suspended license and he’ll be there shortly» and when I called the last time to see were it was (at 3 oclock in the morning), the owner screamed and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called him back three more times, and finally after the third time of calling, he still proceeded to yell. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me he was the owner… funny. I would think that someone who is the owner of a company would be willing to work with their customers to make them happy… apparently not. He proceeded to call me a snotty little bitch and wouldn’t give me any sort of refund or discount on my next meal. This is extremely bad business. He wasn’t willing to work with me at all, and made me feel like I was doing something wrong just because I wanted to know where my food was. He then proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t answering the phone all night it was «actually his twin brother». Are we four? Don’t eat here

Horrible in every way. Consistent wait times over the stated amount for delivery. Waited 2+ hours on a few occasions and 4+ hours on one occasion, for all of these times the stated wait was about an hour.
Use to have the best calzones in Syracuse, however Calios on Marshall St has same/​better quality ingredients and slightly larger portions for around the same price.
Worst of all though is the attitude and rudeness of the workers. On one occasion I ordered a calzone and didn’t receive blue cheese, upon calling and asking about the mistake I was told I was wrong and a liar and then hung up on. I attempted to contact management but never heard back.

i was craving a late night calzone the other night so i figured i would order from this fine establishment. and then i realized why they have a one star rating.
i ordered a simple calzone and i got excited, like a whore with a dick in her mouth. i thought to myself, «man. this is going to be the best thing since seinfeld.» and i waited. and i waited. and i waited, ironically similar to waiting for a punchline joke like in the show seinfeld.
after an hour, i thought, «just hold on man. it will be worth it.» at this point, i was sick of watching 90’s sitcoms and frustration started setting in. i began looking in my fridge to see what i could conjure up. nothing.
so i waited. and every minute that passed felt like an hour. after an hour and 40 minutes (or so), i said fuck it and went to my local bar and drank through my hunger. i told all the regulars of my experience and they rejoiced in knowing they weren’t the only ones who have had a bad experience with cal-​zonies. we clanked our beer mugs together and talked about how bad this place is. i suggest you all save your $ 10 or whatever and spend it at your local pub because i can guarantee there is someone there that is in the same boat.
side note: fuck alto cinco for the same reason.

This place sucks!!! I waited over an hour for a simple order of two calzones. What is the hold up if your business is based on calzones? The service is terrible and the food is worse uh never come here. China café should be open later to avoid this place

Placed an order online and the time said 30 minutes. Got there after 30 minutes and the calzone hadnt even been made yet. The place is a dump, they work too slow, and the staff has very little clue how to act professional.
