I just got back to the office to eat the roast beef sandwich I bought at Casey’s and about 1⁄3 of the way thru it, I discovered a long dark hair which awesomely was partly in my mouth btw. I looked online for a phone number to call the manager and despite trying two of them(424‑1504 and 424‑8238) I was unable to get one that actually worked so I’m posting the negative review that I said I was going to avoid by calling them directly. I will not be back.

Had a craving for a cheeseburger and decided to try this place on a Sunday afternoon. They served me a bacon cheeseburger in about three minutes, the burger patty was very thick over 1 inch and it was cooked well done(I wasn’t asked how I wanted it cooked). I wonder if they just put a previously cooked burger back on the griddle to heat it up. The roll was slightly stale is if they sliced it much earlier in the day, no ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise The well-done burger caused the entire sandwich to be very dry. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries which appeared have freezer burn edges on them. I left disappointed as this place has been in the downtown Syracuse area for a long time and I expected much higher quality, especially on a Sunday afternoon when they are very slow. I won’t be going back especially with $ 11 price for a cheeseburger fries and chocolate milk…
