CNY Fertility Center

The ONLY issues I’ve had are the inconsistencies with nurses. Dr. Kiltz has been available to answer any questions I’ve ever had in a timely manner, even after hours. He has also been able to set the record straight when I’m given confusing info. My retrieval was quick and easy, Dr. Coroley is extremely nice, as is Dr. Grossman at the Albany office. I hope I can update with my positive results soon!

This office is too slow to get lab results posted. I have never met Dr. Kiltz, only NPs. They try a «one size fits all mentality.» Very pricey and I feel like they do unnecessary testing. I get a bad feeling about this place. It looks nice, but I think the money comes from being skeevy. Very factory-​farm like. I wish there were more options in Syracuse to end this monopoly.

Emergency call was very poorly handled (couldn’t contact office for a long time), and office is unprofessional all around. First they tell me I owe a certain amount for copay, which I always paid before service, then they call me and say «You owe us $ 850.00». Luckily they were wrong, but I would not have paid for that if they hadn’t bothered to warn me ahead of time of the cost. So unprofessional!
This last visit it has been over a week ago, and I am STILL waiting for the provider to return my calls and order my medication. They told me they would «send m, e an email for what med they wanted me take»…ya right!
Simply put, don’t waste your time and money here. The concept of the office is wonderful (natural remedies, yoga, and Chinese medicine), perhaps I should have waited for Dr Kiltz (instead of getting a quicker appointment with the other providers)?

This clinic was our personal nightmare! They were inconsistent, did not listen to our issues, and we wasted months trying to get pregnant before they finally decided to try something else to fix the problem that we went in with initially. The nurses, for the most part, were very nice. Although, I did have one nurse says something so offensive that we decided to never return. The staff is exceedingly perky and upbeat on the surface, but the truth is that it is all an act to cover the fact that they do what they want and what they want involves getting as much money from you as possible before they decide to actually tackle the real issues and get started actually trying to help. If you are willing to throw money at falsely cheerful people for a few months and wait patiently for them to decide to do something, then by all means, this is the clinic for you. But, if you prefer open, honest doctors who are ready to get down to work, then you need to look elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!

I cannot rate CNY Fertility a 5 star because they have so many inconsistencies. BUT, I can say the staff in Syracuse is always pleasant. Their office runs mostly on time for pre-​transfer treatment, but is always late when going for an IVF transfer.
Dr. Kiltz is a warm, gentle man with an amazingly positive attitude. We have worked with him for over a year. Dr. Kiltz believes in a lot of the natural remedies and natural fertility boosters, like yoga and acupuncture. Dr. Greene is the other doctor in the Syracuse office and while he is also amazing, he has a more fact based, scientific approach. They make the perfect balanced pair.
I have used their acupuncture services, but haven’t noticed any improvement with them. (In Rochester, their satellite, I have had some stability of symptoms with their acupuncturist previously).
This isn’t going to be your typical white lab coat, sterile environment doctors office. This is more like going to the doctor at a spa. Warm, inviting and tranquil.

PS– I am only pleased with the nursing staff in Rochester, which is a satellite of Syracuse. I do not particularly enjoy the doctor that is primarily there.

There are no words that can be put on paper on how wonderful this place has been to my husband and I so far… they are amazing. Top-​notch medical care, knowledgeable medical staff on all levels, thorough explanations, they take their time and full attention to both of us, together and individually, have an amazing balance with cutting edge western medicine and traditional eastern medicine. So many different «other» approaches are also offered… acupuncture, massage, yoga — all fertility centered. It is incredibly clean and organized, and everyone goes above and beyond to help you and work in tandem… right down to front desk staff. You are given an excellent book on your first visit. All of your patient care results you can access online, you can communicate with them online, they are so thorough I cannot say enough. (And I am a healthcare provider.). I am fully covered here with tricare prime w/​exception of IUI and IVF, but all procedures, labs, meds, workups have been cost-​free. IUI and IVF are offered with a discount to military affiliation.
