This is a good addition to the lodging scene in Syracuse. As a new property, the rooms are in good shape and the staff seems happy to be there. The location is excellent with lots of drinking and dining options available.

Columbia, SC
This is a pretty good Courtyard. Relatively new with valet parking (only). Indoor pool and gym are shared with the adjacent Residence Inn.
As a Platinum Elite, I was given a room on the top floor and got a free cup of Starbucks brewed coffee. There was also a vending and ice machine on my floor.
I thought the location was great ~ there are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance.
The property was not busy at all during my weekend stay.
Minus one star because there was no free breakfast available, even for Platinum’s.

Louisville, KY
Very nice Marriott courtyard relatively new. The building in rooms were very nicely appointed the staff was very friendly. Located in the square of the downtown area plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to. Good location to get around the different suburbs of the city I would definitely stay here again.
