Pizza was average. Nothing special but still good none the less. I do not recommend the garlic knots though, they were super tiny and super crunchy; they should have been called garlic croutons. Overall I’d probably only go there if I was to lazy to make the trek to my other favorite spot since it’s very conveniently located.

I am genuinely surprised at the lack of support for Cugini’s. Syracuse is a barren land lacking in quality pizza, with downtown being no exception. That is until Cugini’s opened. BY chance, the boss gave us all gift certificates their last Christmas — otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted my time with the awful pizza situation in this city.
I am a huge fan of crispy, thin-​crust pizza with wild and high-​quality toppings. Cugini nails this. Most pizza topping at other restaurants are terrible, but I genuinely believe in the quality here. It’s usually the same two people (family!) making the pizza and running the cash register, and as we became regulars in 2015, were always greeted with a friendly face and quick service.

«Thin crust pizza? No thank you. I’m from Chicago.»
Thin crust pizza isn’t my jam, and I only just found out that they have other options. This thin crust is doughy in the middle and is not a good texture. I don’t know if it is supposed to be this way, but it doesn’t seem right. The sandwiches saved this review though. Had the soup and sandwich special. The chicken was well cooked on the chicken panini and the potato soup was creamy and good. The sandwich was worth the 20 minute wait.
Will be back to try other types of pizza and sandwiches, but I almost wrote this place off because of the thin crust pizza.

Just okay. Didn’t satisfy my craving for pizza as much as I would have liked, and the garlic knots were bad. The person who took my order over the phone for delivery was very friendly though.

So far I haven’t had a bad experience yet, food is amazing. Corn nuggets are my favorite and the spaghetti dinner is actually a big portion and taste great. Thank you for the great food!!!

Worst place. We ordered a pizza at 10pm. We got it delivered at 12:04 am cold. Did I mention we are only 2 miles away! Since it was ordered through grub hub, thy would not refund us our money. When we called and complained, they offered a measly $ 10 credit. The service is terrible and pizza is NOT worth the trouble. It was barely edible. Save yourself from starving and don’t bother.

First of all I had to put one star!!! This place has the worst service ever! Pizza isn’t the greatest and they took 2… 2 hours to deliver our pizza!!! Our pizza was freezing cold and the salad was warm and shriveled. They are 2 miles away. This is the second time that we ordered and the second time they boned us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!! Horrible horrible horrible. Not good enough to wait that long! They are no PiE Shack !!

Worst experience with a pizza shop I’ve ever had. Ordered a pizza at 10pm and didn’t get delivered till 12. We called twice and both times they told us it was 5 minutes away. The last time we called was 30 minutes before it arrived.
If that wasn’t the worst thing when it got here the pizza was cold. If you’re looking for a pizza and you don’t wanna starve, I’d say stay away from this one.

this place is awesome. I love the creativity that goes into the food they make. today i had the difficult choice between philly cheesesteak pizza or lasagna pizza. Great work, guys.

My friend and I ordered a pizza and some wings for delivery, and the service over the phone was great. They were very patient and friendly, as was the gentleman that delivered the food. The medium sized pizza could pass for a large at most places, and the container of wings was practically bursting as well.
Their pizza has a very thin crust — which I like — and I found chunks of tomato in the sauce, which I liked even more. We had the honey bbq wings, and they were sweet and flavorful. I was really impressed by how juicy the chicken on the bone was, and how fat the wings themselves were.
Overall a great experience, would definitely order again!

Love, love, love their chicken Caesar wrap. So good!
They have a large selection of pizza, but it doesn’t always look super fresh. When I’ve ordered by the slice, some have been better than others. Still good though.
Their customer service is excellent & definitely makes the visit worth it. They’re so nice, helpful, & always say thank you.
I love this place. Its definitely a lunch-​time fav.

The food is ok but I wasn’t really impressed. I ordered delivery and they didn’t bring my salad. The potato cakes were a little mushy but I’m sure if I had ordered them there they would have been better. I think they could have cooked them a little longer though. The garlic knots were sickly greasy… I’ve never had knots swimming in grease before so that was a little gross. The manicotti was quite delicious but because they forgot my salad and the sides were significantly below average… I have to give them a 2.5.
I probably won’t order again but I’ve had worse.

Worst sweet potato fries ever. They were soggy, greasy, and unseasoned. My chicken cutlet sandwich was much better than the fries but overall, a disappointing meal.

I’m a fan.
Wandered by this long-​empty storefront today and grabbed a couple fresh slices. They were good, especially for the price — two slices and a drink for $ 5.
Not sure of the hours, but it’s worth a call. Extensive menu with pastas, like nine kinds of french fries, and something called a Porky Pig calzone. Looks like Cugini has a wide delivery radius and I’ve found a new pizza joint.
