We ordered on a Tuesday night for delivery. The menu suggested that a well done steak was not suggested which prompted me to order a nice juicy mid rare steak. I called, the girl that answered was pleasant and over bill was $ 38.00 +$ 8 tip. We ordered the strip steak and baked ziti dinner. The strip was ordered mid rare and was EXTREMELY over cooked past well, It was also very dry. The baked potato was okay. It came with a couple butter packets and two little pieces of bread. We had to supply our own utensils and napkins. The side salads for both meals consisted of bagged lettuce with a couple of very thinly sliced cucumbers and 2 grape tomatoes. The baked ziti wasn’t bad, definitely better than the steak. Being the person having the steak meal it was DEFINITELYNOTWORTHPAYING $ 45 for their delivery meal experience.

I have had some very good meals here hence the 2 stars. that being said, I would like to tell bout last night’s delivery meal. the time was as promised within 45 Minutes. the food left much to be desired and very lacking in the quality we have come to enjoy from DiBello’s as semi regular customers. We ordered 3 meals. each came with generous portions of salad dressing and brown wilted lettuce. the bread however was delish! one of us ordered the hot turkey sandwich dinner which was simply out of this world with gravy although we would have liked mashed potatoes with it. another offering was the lasagna. this was a very generous portion of lasagna and if it was good I would have saved ¾ of it, for future meals. the meat was inedible tasting as though it had been cooked, frozen, cooked qgain, refrigerated then frozen then some unidentified road kill added to it. there was very little ricotta but had plenty of mozzarella, and the sauce portionimg was good. it was unfortunate the rancid meat destroyed what is usually such a good dish. our third offering was the cracker cum haddock. this was moist and soft. berry easy to chew or make paper mache with. not the crisp you would expect on a cracker crumb, however the flavor was good. the side of spaghetti was okay, a little too am dente and the sauce was just dumped on top and not mixed into the noodles. I would still recommend this dining establishment for some things but my meal last night was indible and a waste of $ 53.00 as after a couple of bites I threw it away and made a frozen pizza.

Easily best pizza in Syracuse! Delivery time is so quick and we have yet to be disappointed. The hot wings are also perfect.

Old rundown and not very appealing, but the food is GREAT. Big family style potions and the prices are fair too. Can’t go wrong with this chicken parm

One star bc I can’t give zero. The waitresses are very nice but honestly the manager ruined our experience. My meal was fine but my husband’s chicken parm was very tough and dry. He is not a complainer at all and nicely told the waitress. When she brought the plate back into the kitchen we could hear the cook or manager yelling. He had taken personal offense to our sending the meal back. The waitress kindly offered to bring something else so he had a piece of pizza which was not great but fine. Because the manager was mad that we sent back the chicken parm he decided we should have to pay more!!! We were completely willing to pay, but just didn’t understand why we had to pay more for their mistake. The meal included a salad and side but since the manger was mad he charged us separately for the salad, side, pizza, and even the dressing for the salad! He tacked on every expense he could to basically say«F You» to us. So once we received the ridiculous and vindictive bill, we asked the waitress if we could speak to the manager and he literally took 15 minutes to come out and talk to us. It should never take that long for a manager to come out but again, he was taking it personally and was again trying to punish us. Not only was he extremely rude argumentative but he yelled at us in front of the entire restaurant saying that his workers tried the chicken parm and they said it was fine. I pointed out that we are the customers and someone working for him will tell him what he wants to hear.(Especially if your boss seems like an angry guy!) And honest to god we are not typical complainers! All we wanted was to not have to pay more for an inedible meal than we would have if the meal was fine to begin with. The customer shouldn’t have to be punished for the business’s mistake. We also were swatting flies the whole time which was pretty gross and the manager admitted the flies were there. My husband said can we at least pay for the original order and the manager told us no we have to pay the ridiculous bill or he would call the police. My husband said go ahead that’s fine. Manager stormed out of the dining area and the waitresses apologized profusely for his behavior. Other people there also told us that he had tried to charge a table of people who didn’t receive their food after waiting an hour. The table decided to leave after not receiving their meals for so long and the manager chased them down insisting they still pay(for food they never received)! It is obvious that this happens quite a bit. Another table to our right also received inadequate food and their waitress apologized to them several times. We tipped the waitress who did a great job and left. Behind us were two large men, possibly the manager and another worker, looking angry and like they were about to start a physical fight with my husband. I have never had such a crazy experience at a restaurant before. For fear of our safety, we left and as I was getting my 4 month old baby ready for bed, I was surprised to see a cop car outside our home. The owners wanted my husband and I arrested! The police were very kind and sympathetic to our plight, and we were happy to work out a resolution. I do not normally post«bad» reviews but if this doesn’t warrant one, then I don’t know what does. I will post my review on every public forum I can find because I do not want anyone else to have to go through what we did on our 1 date night in weeks. Managers that will not even apologize for the mistake and who argue with customers, chase them down with potential violence, and then call the cops on them, do not deserve your patronage. I own a small business and if a customer is unhappy, I would do everything I could to remedy the situation. The last thing I would do was make them pay for my mistake and/or argue with them aggressively! We are not unreasonable people in the slightest as was evidenced by every other person in the situation saying that they disagreed with the way the manager handled it and that we were completely in the right. When my husband settled the issue with the nice police officer he told my husband that this is not the first time they have dealt with that restaurant and manager. The cop said he couldn’t believe his behavior. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we did. The cop told us that the manager didn’t even want to settle the dispute but just wanted us arrested! He was so angry over a chicken parm coming back, which happens all the time in the food service industry. He did not handle it gracefully in any respect. Getting defensive over a bad piece of chicken and arguing with customers is not the way to draw return customers to your business.

The food is good but I do not suggest actually going there to dine in. It’s a little run down and not the most pleasant looking environment. BUT you really should try their take out or delivery. It’s affordable and good.

Delicious dinners. Fabulous pizza, and they deliver. Great breakfast. But the décor seriously needs an upgrade. I hate sitting on torn vinyl benches.

Got a pizza here last night and it was quite good, and reasonably priced. Similar to twin trees, but a different flavor, the pizza is cut across for rectangular slices. The crust is crispy and tasty. We ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni and a 2 lifer of diet Pepsi and it was just over $ 17. Delivery was about an hour, and they were nice enough to bring cups and paper plates which we requested. I’d highly recommend, and surely will eat there again. The one thing I’d say is, the pizza was a little on the small side. Not small, just not a huge large. All in all I’m a fan!

Great for breakfast. Right across from the Onandaga Wegman’s(the second best thing about Syracuse. For a little over 5 bucks, I got the Italian frittata that, I swear, could have fed a family of four. Like a cross between a Spanish omelette and a pizza with a little broccoli thrown in. Friendly, not at all pretentious. I bet the pizza is good here.(Breakfast for two including tip, 18 dollars)
