Horrible customer service they will charge you for their own mistakes.
They wont keep their time schedule. I got my sun glasses after 5 weeks and for their mistake it took another 1 week to get repaired and after 2 months they charge me for it.
And they decide to not to apologize take the payment and they happy to cancel my appointments.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Levinson’s for years now and have been consistently impressed with how professional his staff has been and how nice the offices always are. He has a location in Cazenovia that he uses a couple days a week but I have been frequenting the Syracuse location as of late.
They use the latest in eye scanning technology (you can avoid getting traditional dilation if you choose) and check ups are usually quick and painless.
Everyone at the office is great at offering an opinion on a choice of frames which is always appreciated.
If you’re looking for an alternative to a big box chain’s optical center or a place like Lenscfafters then check out Eye care of CNY!
