Fossil Store

Went here over Memorial Day Weekend. Everything in the store was pretty much 50% off. My Wife and I both got watches. The Salesman who sold us the watches was really nice and fun to talk with. Loved both watches and always choose Fossil since they are great quality and good prices. Only bad thing I can say about the store is that the other salespeople you could tell were mad at the guy because my Wife and I went in just looking around and left with 2 watches. Kind of a funny thing to watch as you could tell they were a little annoyed

I’ve owned a Fossil watch since I was in High School (about 21 years ago) and have always been impressed by their quality for a reasonable price tag. It seems like the company is leaning towards becoming nearly all online with the exception of their Outlet stores, which are few and far between.
Luckily, Destiny Mall happens to have one. I’ve had a broken Fossil watch for about 4 years and never took the time to mail it back to get it fixed. There’s something about actually talking to a person and knowing that the watch will actually either be fixed or replaced within a reasonable timescale. I went there and had my watch back within about 4 weeks.
The employees at this particular store are always very helpful. I’ve been there about 5 times for different reasons including getting my old watch dial replaced, searching for a new watch on Black Friday, looking for a watch for my wife and my 5^th anniversary, as well as just looking for a key chain. In every occasion, including the one on Black Friday, the employees were very welcoming, cheerful, friendly, but more importantly, not pushy. There is never a worse feeling than having Patricia McPushy following you around the store constantly asking if you need assistance or want to see something. At this Fossil store, they ask if you need assistance and then just play it by ear and never seem annoyed if you are just looking and leave.
In addition to the employees being stellar and seeming to actually enjoy their job, the prices are very reasonable. I don’t know where else you can get a watch for ~$ 50-​$ 100 that looks like it is a $ 400 watch. Same with the handbags. Additionally, since it’s an outlet store, they often have 50−70% sales. Given that their watches have ~10 year warranty, for the price it’s a sound investment if you’re into watches.
I’ll definitely shop there again and even just browse since they get in new things all the time.
