It’s alright, its not great, but its not bad either. What makes them stand out is the ice cream, the food is really just cookie cutter stuff any place serves.

Our server Aubrey was awesome. Someone in the kitchen area did curse loud enough for me to hear it, and with a 3 year old, that’s not what I’m looking for in a restaurant. The food was average, the ice cream was good. I had a good time.

The food was great, but service was slow. This is definitely an inexpensive date night place, if you have time to wait on the service.
We had the Crispy Chicken Deluxe and their turkey burger with a large sundae to share for dessert. Their ice cream was fab. You could just show up for ice cream too. They have a huge selection.

This is the worst ones of the local chains, 3 times they have got my order wrong. Even after repeating back the order to me. If you dine in its fine, but beware when ordering take out or online ordering. No excuse for this, these were all days were there was not a soul in the restaurant. Come on guys.

The place is a hott mess literally because the AC was broke! Also the ants climbing on the table didn’t help too much either. It’s sad because it’s a place I have great memories growing up with friends and family!

VERY nice staff. I just wish the kitchen staff wore hair nets. Two out of the four of us had hair in our food. Not on the plate. One had hair in the quesadilla. Mine was on my slider. Appetite lost!

I went with my wife and her daughter.
I ordered the sliders which were cooked to perfection if I wanted to play hockey! They were hard, overcooked and cold when I received them.
The clam platter that my wife’s daughter ordered was very good.
The waffle fries came covered with a cheese sauce and bacon bits. When the sauce got cold then the fries became a lump of stuff that could not be separated.
We were given very dirty silverware and the booth seat had leftovers from the previous patron.
I talked to manager who was aloof and left quickly

What you would/​should expect from a Friendly’s. The food was decent diner food. Chicken Strips and Fries for me, an Asian Chicken Salad for my co-​traveler. They’ve updated their menu to include some healthier items, which is a plus. The staff was friendly, and professional, but busy (Taking orders, clearing and cleaning tables, restocking the service area),
The building itself could use a renovation and another staff member to bump it up to 5 stars, but those aren’t things that would keep me from coming back.
Ice-​cream! The quality is there :) so grab a two-​scooper before you’re done. Right now there are ‘meal deals’ that include it.

Standard eating fair. Service was slow. Food ok. Ice cream was good. They no longer serve chicken noodle soup as part if there restructuring. That sucked.

A group of us, about five couples, meet here every Sunday after church for breakfast. We have tables already set up for us. Great place to eat. Also the $ 9.99 complete meals are great for lunch and dinner. Worth a try, then I’m sure you’ll buy.

This is one of the few high points of Syracuse dining, mostly because it involves ice cream, and also because Syracuse is generally lacking in the dining department. The Caramel Fudge Brownie Sundae (warm chocolaty Oreo brownie topped with three scoops of Vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, and whipped topping) is large, well priced, and satisfying. The only question I have about it is, «what is whipped topping?» Is it real whipped cream? If so then it seemed a bit thin and watery to me. I like my whipped cream thick and creamy.
