The say they have 24⁄7 emergency service. We were an existing customer. The heat went out Saturday. After 4 phone calls and one e-​mail they got back to us 15 hours later. They were rude on the phone and told us we should find someone else. Could have had that information on Saturday. We found another company who responded to our call within the hour.

We’ve had nothing but problems with our AC unit with no resolution from them. After years of frustration we went to another company. No problems anymore.
