Jamba Juice

The 3 or 4 times I have been here whether super busy or I was the only order the customer service hasn’t been the best. For example today I went and ordered a medium and for reasons unknown the cashier couldn’t give me any change so I helped by finding the exact amount in my pockets etc. they made the drink and ran out of medium cups so they put it in a clear container and when they tried to put the top on it was too full so they poured a good ¹⁄₃ out and closed the container, so I paid 7.56 for a medium smoothie and I don’t think I got the full medium but I didn’t want to ask and piss off the cashier even more :-/​smoothie was good though! Just not the best service

Where is it located?
hmmmm good question lol. Its located on the 3^rd floor of the Destiny Usa Mall. It is on the same level as the movie theaters, Dave & Buster, and the Canyon Jumping.

I was looking for something to munch on before I go back to Ithaca. My friends saw this spot and told me that I should get a smoothie. I agreed and went to see if they had anything good. In some of the smoothies, they add dairy products and thats a no-​no for this pink hair vegan. I kindly asked the cashier if all of the smoothies contains milk. She open her handy dandy notebook and showed me all of the smoothies that didnt have any dairy products. I picked the apple and greens smoothie. I only waited 5 minutes for my smoothies and boy It was worth the wait!!! It was very good. So good that my friends was trying to steal my smoothie. The customer service was great and the price wasnt bad. The small one cost $ 5.00.
