this is the place for cheap clothing. it suits me because I am basically a slob but with the 10 $ off coupon, i got 4 decent shirts for under 20 $. perhaps that will make me less of a slob! good bargains to be had if you can stand Carousel. I can only take about ½ hour but in and out of Penney can be quick. Great Jeans selection too. Try the Hibachi Express at Koto in the Food CT. Great value and very tasty. I recommend the beef but I suspect all the choices are decent.
