Worse run restaurant I’ve ever seen. «Ghetto» KFC that is not even in the ghetto. My family of 4 walks in, we get a dirty look from someone behind the counter who is putting together an order for someone at the drive thru. 4 – 5 people in the back all goofing off. I stand there FIVE minutes before I’m even acknowledged. Family is starving. FINALLY someone tells the ‘counter help’ she has a customer, (right in front of me), she snaps back, «HE FINE I’M BUSY». So I chime in, that I’ve been there for 5 mins. Finally she takes my order, which takes another 10 minutes to receive even though there are zero other customers in the restaurant.
There is no manager, and if there is by title, she/he is NOT doing their job. I have no idea who even raised these workers. Their manners would be awful even if they weren’t working. I cant imagine my kids talking to people that way… Especially in customer service?! Just pathetic. Every person there was as useless as the next. I’ll never go there again.
