Park Point

Worst decision I have ever made. Here’s why:
1. Its completely overrated!!! Its like putting an average looking girl with her ugly friends and you think she’s drop dead gorgeous.
2. Signed my lease at $ 1200, they’ve now increased it to $ 1500. There are so many better options with kind of monthly rate, you could rent out an entire house on Euclid for that price including utilities.
3. EVERY resident WILL be charged a damage fee (at least $ 200) upon the end of your lease.
4. They mention the apartment is «fully furnished»…there are no lights in any of the rooms or common area.
5. Security sleeps on the job and lets anyone in.
6. Fowl odor throughout the halls.
7. Doors slam very loudly
8. Paper thin walls. You can easily hear conversations next door.
9. Constant utility problems on a daily basis: Fridges don’t work well, internet issues, electricity failures, microwave
10. Windows don’t open fully.
I assure you that no student ever comes back or renews their lease at Park Point. You can either learn from my mistake and others’ or repeat it. Your call.
