I went to this store today with my sister to pierce my nieces ears and the sales person (Michelle) was so rude we ended up leaving with out piercing her ears. When the sales lady saw us coming she turned her back and started doing some thing. When we asked to pierce the baby’s ears she told us she was busy and to wait. She had an issue because I said I wasn’t the mother and my sister had to do the paperwork. Her attitude was so horrible I actually feared for my niece. She needs to learn better customer service skills. Or look into a job where she isn’t dealing with people face to face.
