Pizza Hut

My family and I happen to be out and about on Erie Blvd. and decided to give this Pizza Hut a try. After our experience written about in my last review, I did not expect much. However, to my surprise, the service here was fantastic despite there only being two staff working that day. Our server was named Karen.
There was a dining room full of people as well as a party going on, and she single-​handedly took care of the entire group of customers in a timely manner. Not once did my family or I want for anything. She was actually right on it before I or my wife could ask for anything. Despite having so many customers she did not once seem flustered or aggravated.
Before I forget, I also have to give props to the gentleman working in the kitchen area who is making the pizzas. He too, was on point and was getting orders out in a timely manner. Unfortunately I did not get his name. But if he’s reading this he knows who he is.
Perhaps, the other folks I wrote about should take some training from this lady. I do hope that her good customer service gets recognized by her employer.
