Pizza Hut

Yikes! Came for their $ 5 pizza deal, ordered 1 med. cheese and 1 med. pepperoni pan pizza. Then waited, and waited, and waited… Then she shows up with a hand-​tossed pepperoni and says she accidentally gave our pan pizzas to another table, but the cheese will be right out. I ask for plates, she says she’ll brb. After waiting 5 – 7 more minutes I took a bite of the hand-​tossed and was instantly reminded why I only like pan pizzas there, cuz it sucked. I told her I’d rather have the pan pizza I ordered. They made it to go cuz we had to leave. She was very nice, she apologized, and the mgr came over and comped or entire dinner which was nice, but what a headache. I left a very good tip because we felt bad, things happen. But what an experience. Also, the men’s restroom was hideous. Absolutely gross. awful. Prize winner in the «WORST RESTAURANT BATHROOM» category. You might ant to go just to see how bad a restaurant bathroom can get. :(

stopped in today with a group of 9. waitress (loren or lori) came over to take our order. told her that we were going to order 2 sets (4pizza’s) of the $ 6.99 each pizza. she was totally confused
after taking the first pizza order, she proceeded to throw her pen to a nearby booth and called my table «extremely rude»
the manager steve came over started to take our order. steve gave us the corporate «sorry about that» and took our order. the first pizza to make it to the table was made wrong. my 72 year old mom didn’t want to say anything after what had just happened.
went up to pay for the pizza. asked steve for the dm office phone number. said that he could not give it to me because the dm does not have an office.
** forgot to mention that a customer that was sitting across from us came over to us and stated that she had spoken to steve. she mentioned that our table did nothing wrong. she said that if she didn’t have her kids with her, she would have gotten up and walked out. she was appalled by the servers attitude and what had happened**
steve mentioned that he had several table that had complained about us (which was totally false). when confronted in front of the manager steve that she threw a pen at the booth, server called us liars in front of manager steve
if i were the manager at that point, i would have sent her into the back. personally she would have been sent home for throwing ANYTHING AT OR NEAR A CUSTOMER. this showed me the lack of management skills that this manager steve displayed. instead he let this all go on in the store in front of customers
LET ME MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR. I IWLL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN ANY PIZZA HUT LOCATION NEAR OF FAR. WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO EVERYONE IN THE PIZZA HUT CORPORATE OFFICE THAT WILL HEAR ME. HELL, HERE IS MY PHONE NUMBER. (315) 264.1208. CAN’T WAIT TO SEE IF ANYONE WILL RESPOND TO THIS. I HAVE MY DOUBTS

The buffet is absolutely awesome for the price. I mean all you can eat pizza for $ 6 is definitely a deal. Stop in for lunch and you won’t be disappointed.
My only complaint would be that when they take orders on the phone I often have to repeat myself because it seems like the person answering is always talking to other people… Probably because so many kids work there. But other than that it’s good.
