stopped in tonight with the family. i wanted a hot fudge sundae with hard chocolate ice cream. the younger male that took my order said that they did not have hard chocolate. i asked do you have hard vanilla. he said no. the girl that was working with him mentioned the flavors that we have are on the board (SAID THIS KIND OF RUDE IN MY OPINION).
PLANK ROAD OWNERS. i am trying to give you my business. this is probably around the 4^th or 5^th time this has happened here. hard chcoolate and vanilla are something you should not run out of EVER.
also, your face of your business (your people taking the orders). you should probably train them to smile a bit and be just a bit personable.

Updated. We stopped this past summer 2015 it was very good and the portions were fine. Guess we visited at a bad time before or new owners. I don’t know but it’s worth a visit

Small portions of nothing special ice cream. We asked for large hot fudge sundaes. When she brought them to the window I questioned her thinking she either made a mistake or I possible asked for the smallest ones. No mistake and we won’t be going back. It’s just the same ice cream mix others use like Vicki s. But small portions
