Ra-Lin

I have had a couple of experiences with Ra-​Lin in the past year and came away very impressed both times.
Over the summer I needed to get a large photo print done and Ra-​Lin was recommended. After bringing me into his photo printing area, the sales guy showed me how it would come out and went through a bunch of options with me — nice!
After talking to me a lot about photography and some of their other services I was on my way and convinced they had good customer service.
Fast forward to this winter, and I find myself in there looking around for a sound set up for my tv. After expressing my desire for a small set up, the salesman recommended a sound bar and then took his time bringing me around to their different options and explaining the differences in each and what his recommendations were. I ended up very happy with my choice and got a great deal.
They are very low pressure and price conscious here — what else can you ask for?
Before hitting up the big boxes, do yourself a favor and support a local business first!

Consider Ra-​Lin before the big name chains. I was with my family in Syracuse and found ourselves in need of a new tv. We were looking for about a 60 inch plasma display. We had checked best buy and other large chain stores but wanted to check by a local store first as recommended by a family friend whose wife used to work at Ra-​Lin. We took his advice and were glad we had. Ra-​Lin had a great deal on the exact tv we were looking for. Service and knowledge of the employee was well beyond what you would find at the large retail chains. Thanks for the great service RaLin.

Purchased a washer there and was so pleased. Excellent customer service. So nice to talk to a sales rep who could explain why certain models were crap and others better (without feeling like someone was just trying to make a commission). So much better than a national chain store.
