Location is great with easy access from the highway. Rooms typical for residence inn, front desk friendly. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I will stay here again.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels, many Residence Inn. this year alone, I’ve stayed at more than 40 different hotels. this was one of the nicest experiences I have had. I arrived a little bit early and they were incredibly accommodating. In addition to being accommodating, Ms. Perez at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and really took an interest in me as an individual — making sure my individual needs were met. The next morning when I saw her again, she we exchanged pleasantries and she remembered things specific to me from the day before. in addition to the wonderful Ms. Perez, the housekeeping staff was very respectful and friendly, the welcome dinner was outstanding, and the breakfast was fabulous — they didn’t cut costs by giving you cheap. The room itself was very nicely set up, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the television could easily be swiveled to be seen from anywhere in the room. outstanding.

I spend a lot of time traveling and therefore a lot of time in hotels. My preferred line of hotels is clearly the Marriott and I often feel that they are a safe bet this they are my go to. For this particular trip I opted to use my points for a free nights stay as the travel was for leisure so I went with the Residence Inn for the amount of space. I expected the room to be open and welcoming which it was. I was however very disappointed in the bed. We stayed in 124 and the bed was so hard, only had tree pillows, and creaked excessively with even the slightest move. The bed was not at all comfortable so to have it make noise with every toss and turn made it that much worse. Needless to say I was very frustrated and disappointed. As a loyal Marriott customer with a silver elite membership, I do expect better conditions. I know that I was staying there on my points but come on– I still want to be comfortable and rest in my room!

I stayed at this hotel recently while travelling. It was Summer and high season for holiday travel, so I was surprised that given its proximity to the 90 thruway it wasn’t busy at all. We only stayed one day but I enjoyed most of the amenities this location had to offer. The pool was very nice, and plenty of clean towels were stocked nearby. The spa could use some renovation, but other than that we had a pleasant afternoon poolside enjoying some great July weather. The room was immaculately clean. It had a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, a large living room, with 2 bathrooms completing the layout. It was nicer than most condos… seriously. If we are travelling through this area again, I would not hesitate to spend another night at this location. Oh, and the free breakfast buffet was just fine, nothing fancy, but good enough.

Stayed here for three days on work travel. Pros: Fully stocked kitchen(plates, utensils, full fridge, stove, etc). Daily microwave popcorn in room. Comfortable enough bed. Nice spread at breakfast. Cons: No wifi in rooms(only plug in cord). At this point, I expect wifi(cords are so 10-years ago). Exercise room is not good(cheap-ass treadmills that shook as you used them). Waffle maker at continental breakfast was impossible to use. I saw a bug in my room. I also didn’t like the layout of the hotel(not one building but many small buildings) — it was cold outside, so kinda annoying to have to keep going outside between buildings). Moral: I like the idea of residence inn. This particular one is a bit low on delivery.

I’ve stayed at nicer Residence Inns but this one is fine. if you stay in room 123, it will smell like breakfast(bacon, sausage, and egg) every morning becaue the room is right above the reception and kitchen area. It’s also a bit inconvenient becaues to get to the room, you have to lug your luggage up a steep flight of stairs(no elevator access to that specific room). The room is studio apartment style so the«living room» isn’t separate from the sleeping area. The room is fairly spacious though.
