I’ve been going to various Ruby Tuesdays my whole life, always looking forward to multiple trips to the salad bar and the delicious biscuits. My experience at this RT was the worst I’ve had. We arrived with a party of seven adults and a baby. Though they had plenty of space around the restaurant, because there are only booths and no adjustable seating, there was nowhere comfortable they could seat all of us. After much confusion, we ended up in with two each at two-seat booths and three at a four-seater. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. None of what happened could have been her fault. I give her many kudos for the way she handled all of it. We ordered our food and went to the salad bar — delicious, as always. Fresh, diverse and fantastic. I always especially enjoy a big pile of the fresh edamame. When our food came, however, the problems began. One of us ordered a chicken BLT with no bun, because they offer no gluten free options(and, in several visits, the wait staff haven’t seemed to know what gluten free even means, offering biscuits instead of bread). In response to his«no bun» request, he received only the chicken breast — no bacon, no tomato, no Swiss cheese. I ordered the«mini masterpiece» of «buffalo chicken tenders with signature sauce and blue cheese.» Nowhere on the menu does it say or even indicate that a «mini masterpiece» is a slider. No mention of a bun or that the«signature sauce» and blue cheese come ON the sandwich, rather than on the side. When I read«buffalo chicken tenders,» I think buffalo chicken tenders. When I read«WITH» sauce, I think sauce on the side. Because the«signature sauce» includes ingredients to which I am allergic, I reordered, requesting the chicken tender appetizer with sauce on the side, which took about 20 minutes to arrive. At that point, everyone in our party was done eating, so I took it to go. Thankfully, we were only charged for the appetizer and the half BLT was half off. When I finally received and ate what I thought I had ordered in the first place, it was great. Ruby Tuesday has decent food and is decently priced for what you get. But they would do well to educate their staff on gluten free options(and offer them), and to edit their menu to clarify some of the options.

I LOVE their salad bar. Everything is fresh and constantly refilled. This is my go to when I’m in the mood for a delicious salad. Their entrees are not bad at all, but they aren’t exciting either. Their attempt at Red Lobster’s biscuits are kind of sad. I don’t suggest you eat them. Every time I order a drink from the bar it is exactly what I am looking for, and pretty quickly too.

The food and atmosphere was really good. The service was average. The beer recommendation was the only drawback

I have a bit of bias against chain restaurants, but if I’m going to Carousal(sorry…“Destiny”), this is my go-to for a decent meal. The salad bar is always fresh and well-stocked, albeit a bit limited in selection. Service can be a little iffy depending on who you get, but I really haven’t had a problem. It’s a chain restaurant… there’s not much more to say about the menu, as it’s virtually identical to any other mid-range chain place. What sets them a bit ahead is the fresh salad bar, and proximity to the entrance. If you’ve got to go to the mall and want to grab something to eat, you could do worse.

Had to wait 45 minutes to receive undercooked zucchini without the second side that was brought awfully cooked at the end of dinner. Was very disappointed with the place.

First off, the food was great. I had a bacon pretzel burger, that was on fleek. The service was good, but honestly, it was pricy. You can’t really control that though, what else? There was free wifi, the whole location was nice, the lights were dim and it set the tone.

Food is overpriced for the quality. Service has been lackluster in every Tuesdays I’ve been in. Sit down casual eateries need to step up the food and the service. You’re getting killed by Panera, and chipotle. They have better food without the marginal service.

Two stars because of how good and nice the waitress was, but deduct three since the chicken was disgusting I can’t even explain the taste it was just weird and sour and bitter. The prices went way up, and the food quality went way down. This restaurant was better when Matt Johnson ran it.

Ruby Tuesdays has had a makeover in their locations in larger cities. This location and the others in Syracuse have not had said makeover. Lacking in customer service and sometimes the food quality, I would avoid it.

I took my mother and her friend along with her daugther to this location at the mall. The resturant in itself was very dark. The food is a bit over priced and the salad bar was pretty limited for how much you had to pay. I ordered a bowl of of soup, which was smaller than what I thought it would be for the price, the salad bar and coffee and ended up spending 10 bucks just for me. The servers were friendly and ours ended up giving my mother a cup cake for her birthday at the end of our meal. It was cute and fun but a bit over priced for what you get.

The other day I was going to a movie in the mall and my movie was not going to start until most of the stores in the mall were closed but Ruby Tuesday was still open during that time so I went to Ruby Tuesday to get a drink. Also my girlfriend Cal was there too. Just drinking beers and drinking liquor drinks until time to go see the movie. The drinks were very cheap and the bartender was a nice guy. Unfortunately, it turns out that the manager of the Ruby Tuesday is a fourteen year old child. He was there too standing about a foot and a half to my left. Some of his employees stayed after work to have a drink but he was yelling at them. Just yelling for like half an hour that they were still wearing the same shirt while drinking at the bar that they had worn while working. Something like that. I didn’t care. Don’t know these are employees. Didn’t make a difference to me that they’re wearing the same shirt. BUT – he yelled about the shirts for half an hour and ruined that part of my evening. Can he relax? No one knows. Please, manager, find a way to relax and enjoy life more. We will all be happier for it.

We ate here tonight before seeing a movie. The biggest thing we noticed was how fast the servers talk. You have no idea what the heck they are saying. We figured that they were required to do the spiel but knew that no one ever would listen. Anyways so we got there and were sat promptly by a host whose boobs were literally hanging out. Trust me I usually have no objection, but it was unappetizing to say the least. We were sat at this high bar top that we had to literally squeeze into when there was an open booth right next to it. Pretty annoying. The waitress seemed preoccupied the entire time. It took her forever to fill our glasses and we never got our«endless» fries. The food was okay. Pretty good portions for the price, and I like how its a salad bar with a lot of different options. Besides that I am not rushing back anytime soon.
