Flippable or two sided mattress do too exist! in the last 10 years I have purchase 2 mattresses that are not flippable and after 2 years the hip-dip was apparent. I did my research and I know two-sided mattresses are out there, but I wanted to try before I buy. I found three places locally that stock them, but Carol was the best sales person to work with. I actually purchased two sets (one for me one for guests). The organic latex model is incredible (my friend in NYC purchased hers for twice the price) the other one is a traditional coil-spring (I slept on that for two weeks to be sure).
When you go ask for Carol –she knows her product and the industry and she is low pressure.
BTW, when I to competitors ALL of the salesmen chuckled and said no-one makes a two sided mattress. They went back to standing around without suggesting some of their products. Carol Rocks.

Seriously there’s no reason to shop around this place is as good as it gets. No pressure no price changes and if your as picky as me they sell WJ Southard which IMHO are worth every penny. I purchased the organic innerspring and it is amazing. There’s always debate about organic mattresses but I’m all for skipping the flame retardants and using wool. The cotton they use is fantastic. The service here was also great no pressure at all willing to answer questions and rather informed I was impressed. So if your looking to cut some chemicals out of your nightly routine you should give these a shot and if you’ve got a few bucks to spare after the mattress purchase a set of alpaca pillows goes very well

Did you know that there are organic beds manufactured right here in Syracuse, NY since 1915, by WJ Southard? They are made using organic latex, organic wool, and organic cotton. They are sold at Sleep Master Mattress at 2780 Erie Blvd East, Syracuse, NY.
I am familiar with a couple of the organic models: the Cazenovian and the Linklaen. We don’t have to worry about toxic chemicals and locally manufactured is a huge plus!
I’m just a happy customer! Carol is a great customer sales rep, very nice!
Oh, they don’t advertise, that’s why I was shocked to find organic beds manufactured right here in Syracuse for almost 100 years!
WJ Southard has a website that explains the construction details for the organic beds. Nice to have made in USA organic beds!
