DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH. They charged me $ 237 to re key 3 locks. The middle fell out of one of the locks and the door is stuck in the locked position. I called them every day for a week and they still have not returned to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was promised a call back which I never received. They have trouble managing their employees and claim that the technician is not answering his phone. I told them it was a safety issue because I have a single 22 year old renting the place and she is forced to enter the house by the side entrance in the dark. This fact did not change their approach of «your just going to have to wait». Unprofessional, poor customer service, no management follow through and all of this at an exorbinant cost. If I could give zero stars I would
