Tiara Nails & Spa

This was my first visit to this salon. I received the Spa Pedicure. Nicole was my technician and did a great job. She was very pleasant and the foot massage was awesome. She was very gentle with the toes. As my feet were under the dryer she did a back/​shoulder massage which again was awesome!

My first time there today. For me it was a bad experience. I felt rushed, the man was rough and not friendly. Felt like I was annoyance. No soak time. The owner was very rude to a woman who made a valid complaint. The owner was not happy with the customers tip and told the customer this. The customer politely told the owner that it was poor customer service to say that to her. The owner proceeded to become aggressive towards the customer. It was not professional. The owner should have apologized and let it go. Tipping should not be expected and if she was that concerned for her employee, she should have made up the difference herself rather than trying to embarrass a customer. A definite one time visit for me. I will go back to my usual place. Today was a matter of convenience and I was disappointed.

Went for the first time as a friend referred me for my wedding this weekend. They had no idea what I was saying when I said I just wanted gel nails. They had different gel options & couldn’t explain them to us. Cut two of my girls twice & shaped them both wrong. Other than that the employees were friendly & they offer massages while your waiting for nails to dry!

I have been going here for a couple of years now, before they changed names. Hot stone pedicures are awesome! Gel manicures are nice as well. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very nice. All very attentive and want you to leave happy!
