Best Experience Ever. I will do business with them again! I made a 6:45pm pickup reservation which is the last available slot. The store closes at 7:00pm. I arrived at 7:02pm and the owner was there waiting for me before closing out his computer. He unlocked the door and got me the truck quickly. He also let me use the washroom even though I was already keeping him late. Not only did we get the truck, but also a very friendly and hospitable encounter. Then, we rented a wonderful 10 ft truck which was in great condition, drove like a charm and got good gas mileage. I was so happy with my entire experience and I am looking forward to giving them my business again.

I reserved a 24′ truck and auto-transport three weeks prior to my out-of-town move, and was phoned less than 24 hours prior to the move to be informed that the auto-transport was unavailable to me unless I was willing to drive 80 minutes round-trip to pick up. No apologies or discounts were offered for this inconvenience. The customer service representative informed me that she would be working to find a transport within closer proximity and would phone me by the end of the business day. No return phone call was received. Customer service provided at the E Taft Road location by «Michael L.» was exceptionally unprofessional/poor. In addition, on the day of my move I received an email and phone call stating that an auto transport was reserved for me for the following day, and that it was«urgent» that I return the phone call to confirm I would need this. Phone call was returned, and I verified that I had needed the transport for the current day, not the following. As the auto transport was unavailable to me and because of the late notice provided to me by Uhaul regarding this inconvenience, I was unable to secure an auto transport from another moving facility and was required to move and come back for my vehicle, turning a 1.5 hour move/commute into 4.5 hours. I have attempted to contact Uhaul and this(E Taft Road) location multiple times since my move four weeks ago. I most recently spoke with the E Taft Road manager a week ago, who promised resolution and a return phone call, to no avail. Exceptionally poor customer service and no accountability for this poor service was offered by Uhaul.
