The service was slow and it wasn’t busy. They were nice but very slow and didn’t seem to pay attention. The food was also sub par and very disappointing. The nachos were the biggest waste of money. No cheese… But they’re supposed to be nachos! The manager came by and asked us how things were but left before we could even respond. There are so many good restaurants around the mall, don’t waste your time or money.

After a very long time we tried again cuz we’re fair about our fare! Service by Rocco was above and beyond. The Teriyaki Sesame wings ordered crispy are tasty and seriously looked just like the menu. Sorry no pics we dug in. The deep dish pizza you see was as good as it looks. Ok I’m coming back.

They display a sign that reads: «Quick Serve.» Don’t believe it. Customers lined up to order, but employees standing around talking amongst themselves, ignoring. Disorganized. Untrained employees. Terrible management. The manager should be fired.

I love this place. The food is always very fresh. I love the lobster sliders and mint iced tea. The waiters are all very attentive. My glass is never empty. The only thing I miss is the avocado roll from the menu! They still have the seafood dip which is still amazing. They have the perfect proportion deserts.

We came in for a quick drink or two and boy oh boy… bartender had an attitude. He didn’t know any of the drinks we requested(stuff we’ve ordered everywhere, and only 3 ingredients). Margaritas were pretty tasty though.

Came here twice now… Service is always great! And food tastes pretty good However, today I got sick(food poisoning, I think)… Since we hadn’t eaten anything else yet, I’m pretty sure it was the pizza or salad dressing. I don’t think the chances of getting sick again are high, but I can’t get over how miserable I was today, so we won’t be returning.

I’ve been here a lot, but its sort of a forgettable place now that the mall has TONS of awesome restaurants. Last time we went to Uno’s it was really cold for some reason, oh well, I can overlook that time. Never had a terrible experience here, and I do enjoy it here, but it’s still fairly average, especially now that they are in competition with other great places in the mall. Probably in the top 10 food places there, but not near the top 5 at all.

Order whatever for dinner and don’t eat it; put it in a to-go box(so you don’t feel bad about just eating dessert). Order a deep dish cookie and eat that there– so good!

This is an unethical place! Avoid at all costs! I asked for a deep dish pizza with no mozzarella cheese. The pizza I got included mozzarella cheese anyways. When asked about it, two of the service staff lied, and said the cheese is feta! Ridiculous! I know the difference between mozzarella and feta! Only the manager actually told me the truth, and said their doughs are all pre-made, and so they couldn’t make the pizza without the mozzarella. Well, gee, how about tell me that from the beginning, instead of lying?! However, the manager provided a different kind of pizza to fix the problem. Even without the mozzarella issue, this place is a disaster if you truly want authentic Chicago-style deep dish pizza, because the difference is night-and-day. I recently visited Chicago, Illinois. Chicago Uno«deep dish» pizzas are nowhere close to the real thing. Uno’s tasted downright bad. What a terrible experience.

I like to come here for the take out window when stopping at the food court. I am always content when I come here whether I am getting a pizza or a wrap. I enjoy all of the food that I have tried and I like that it is restaurant food before fast food. This most recent trip Adam got a deep dish pizza and I got a chicken Cesar wrap. Adam’s pizza was perfect and had the perfect amount of everything. My wrap and chips were delicious. I love their dressing and that it comes on the side because then I get to choose how much I use. I also enjoy the tortilla’s but wish it would come with salsa or something to dip with them. Overall, I enjoy this place as an option at the food court. They are always quick and easy and provide great food and drinks

They had a great take out special. The wait was a bit long and it was very crowded. The mall is not the easiest place to get in and out of quickly. The pizza was tasty. Unfortunately later that evening the 3 of us that had the veggie pizza all had the stomach bug. Yuk.

No! Typically I’m ok with Uno’s but this one was not ok. When we asked if we could have a booth instead of a table, that was a big ordeal. The waiter was not attentive. He was more interested in his personal beverage or his other tables. The pizza was«meh» cold and sank in the middle. The appetizer took too long to get. This will be a location I avoid in the future.

This place has always been pleasant surprises. This place has the best burger in Syracuse. The staffs are usually good. I have not had pasta here but I was told that pasta dishes are so so. If you come here get burgers, pizzas, and chicken wings.

One of the reviews on here says it best. This place isn’t good and it isn’t bad, but it’s nothing like real Chicago style pizza. The place seems lackluster at best. You don’t leave happy and you don’t complain either. If you are in the mall and feel like pizza, go for it. Sometimes the pizza is really good here. Last time I was here the service was very poor, but the only other time I’ve been here it was good. It depends on which server you get. Regardless, for a chain pizza it’s not great and not bad.

Great UNO location. Very large despite not appearing so from the mall entrance. Never encountered rude staff. This location often participates in deals with SU campus groups.

I love Uno Chicago Grill. They are normally so good. I was sad that this place isn’t as good as the other locations. I got the Farmer’s Market pizza, which is normally delicious. However, it was just okay at this location. The vegetables didn’t taste as fresh. My other complaint is the décor. It has obviously not been changed since the 90’s! Other Uno’s look so much better than this. The place looked worn, including the restrooms. I have no complaints about the service. Nevertheless, I will not be going back to the Destiny USA location.

This restaurant lives up to the word«meh» like no other. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but I wouldn’t say it’s good. Décor: Boring, uninspired Americana. A lot of booths. TVs near bar.(Why are there bars in every restaurant in Syracuse?) Staff: Does everything you ask of them, does not do anything more. These people don’t look happy doing their jobs, but they aren’t bad at their jobs either. Give 15% if they did what they did, 18% if you feel bad for them. Food: They offer pastas, pizzas, steaks, burgers. Typical American fare. They’re known for their pizza, but I got a pasta. The pasta is just doused in sauce. There’s really no delicate balance of flavors. Wait: 0 on a Thursday. Overall: Meh.

This Chicago bastardized version of pizza is more of a half baked lasagna using crust instead of pasta noodles! Either way I usually hate this type of pizza but the toppings have good flavours I must admit. I still not the biggest fan of the crust. Seriously people try the pizza and come back with a review!

My boyfriend and I ended up having a totally decent lunch here last week when my expectations weren’t very high. The manager – forget his name – greeted us with a smile and seated us and then returned a few minutes later with 2 coupons for future trips to Uno’s. Very cool! My guy had been craving a Chicago-style deep dish pizza(in his home state of NY, go figure), so he ordered the Numero Uno. Definitely not my kind of pizza, but he thought it was alright. My Chopped Power Salad, on the other hand, was fantastic. Ingredients included the following: chicken breast spinach plum tomatoes carrots feta red grapes goji berries raisins soy nuts almonds pepitas sweetened dried cranberries And then it was all tossed in a really nice fat-free vinaigrette. Hallelujah! A good amount of each ingredient, and the salad was chopped finely enough for my liking.(I have issues when I order salads that don’t live up to their«chopped» menu adjective.) Nice variation in textures and flavors, and specifically the goji berries really added that extra something special. Uno’s is a chain; nothing too special or too bothersome about the ambiance/décor. All-in-all a solid place to grab a casual sit-down lunch after doing some shopping in Carousel Center.
