Pros: –Great Food –Variety of Food –Order timely Cons: –You have to call numerous times to even reach someone to place an order. It’s like calling the radio station to win Beyonce concert tickets. Beep Beep Beep… redial…Beep Beep Beep, you get the point. –The lady who answered the phone to take the order, clearly doesn’t believe in customer service and seemed a tad irritated and IF that was the case, one of the other employees/guys should have been taking the phone orders. I clearly will not be calling to place another order unless my cravings cannot be brought to submission. What really sucks is their boneless wings are really good. The training button needs to be reset.

OK, good stuff first. Delivery was super fast, delivery person very friendly and polite. Food was hot, fresh and good tasting, as usual. Now for the BAD bit: This is usually my(newer) go-to place for ordering take out. Tonight… the woman on the end was… unprofessional. OK, you DONOT just hang up the phone on a customer when you decide the call is done. At least show a LITTLE class, and say«bye!» to indicate the call is finished. I don’t know who trained this woman, or WHY there’s no one supervising the staff properly on a Saturday night(12/13/2014), 9pm… but that just really ticked me off. I can live with the fact that they were out of deep fried cauliflower – though that’s the main reason I order from there. I just ordered something else. But i REALLY don’t like the bad manners and unprofessional behavior of the woman on the phone. WHAT is management THINKING? And…without being prompted by anything I said, the woman on the phone complained to ME about the kitchen staff, saying they were«slow tonight.» Yeah? And why weren’t you back there before starting your shift on the phone, asking if they were out of anything, so you’d know ahead of time? That’s YOUR job, isn’t it?(Though technically is should be the manager’s task to inform wait staff & phone staff of anything they are out of that night.) As a former culinary professional and also a phone receptionist in an office, it would be unconscionable for me to EVER just hang up on a customer. You DONOT do that! Is this woman even potty trained? How do you get to be old enough to hold down a job, but too STUPID to know how to use a telephone properly? Especially in a business setting! I doubt the management would read this review. They should hire me. I KNOW how to behave on a telephone. My MOTHER, bless her, taught me my telephone«manners» in FIRST blinking GRADE! I’ve been properly using a telephone in a professional setting since stinking age 14. It’s really not that difficult! «Hello, Wings!» «Thank you for calling wings, may I take your order?» Very easy to learn to say. «Thanks, bye!» Or better, «Will there be anything else, thank you for your order, we”ll try to get that out to you in –__minutes/hour.» OR for god’s sake, even just a «Ok, bye!» But… don’t just hang up without a word. That’s just totally uncalled for. Now I’m left wondering if the kitchen area staff are as slovenly and lazy and the person handling the customers. Is the kitchen area even clean?
