All Styles fixed our heater last winter. They repaired it in just a few hours of our call. About a month ago our heat stopped working again. All Styles came out quickly and got the heat working, but we were told it was a temporary fix and we needed a new part. The tech said it had to be ordered and that he would call in a few days with the price and timing. Two weeks later, after not hearing back, I called to follow up — was told he would check on it and call me right back. Nothing. One more week went by and the heat stopped working again. Needless to say I called another company who came out, fixed the heat WITH the replacement part all in the same day.
A month ago I would have recommended All Styles but this is absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t understand why a business would ignore a customer who needs help and wants to pay for services!
