7-Eleven

If you need to go there early in the morning GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I have always gone to is store and every employee has been nice. The lady in the morning is the nicest of all and the other employee that works with her has neither been rude nor nice. However this morning both employees were looking for powerball paper while the line grew and grew. The person who wanted the ticket told the man to ring us out before they continuded to look as other people had left as it was taking too long. Ill start with its not ok to have both people off the register. I asked (with a mild irritation as it was not even 6am yet) if he could in fact check me out before he continued to look, i was told yeah but you dont need to be rude. I appoligized and said i have to catch a bus in 10 mins and im just in a hurry. Which was met with more attitude and then as i asked him to hurry up as i would like to leave and not deal with anymore of this rude attitude from a 7 – 11 employee, i was given my change, as I procceded to walk away I was told «its called weight watchers.» I am not small nor am I the size of a house. I am proud of what i have accomplished as far as my weight goes and not for any reason should an employee speak to a customer like this.

This the WORST store in Tacoma. the employees are snarly, RUDE and full of himself is the tricking manager and his relatives that work there. here’s an example. I go in ask for a hotdog there are the manager and his sister same ethnic group iraqian or what ever. I go to put mustard on it they disappear behind the storage room I think? I don’t know where they went I was the only person in the store. so I didn’t have a fucking hour for lunch soi just leave the 2 dollars on the counter went out to my car. they still had not come out 5 min later dumb ass manager sends his sister out to accuse me of a stealing the fuckin hotdog that I was eating in my car with door open. I FLIPpED the fuck out on her and the dumbass manager. never will I go there again ¡!!!

Worst 711 there is. Have had no good customer service any time I went there. You have to watch the prices they post because when you get to the cash register and they will be a different price always higher. The cashiers are rude you Vulgar language all the time and that is the filthiest 7-​Eleven you will ever walk into. The 7-​Eleven on 56^th or the one by the mall I 1000 times better. The National Headquarters should shut the 7-​Eleven down

This is my favorite 711! I’ve been going to 711 for cigarettes ever since I moved back to Tacoma and this 711 is by far the best one is always friendly and they know my name because I go there often. They even have my cigs waiting for me when they see me pull up. Romeo, Ginger, Natalie, Peter and branden, are all awesome people!!!

If you have time to go the 56^th street 7 – 11 do so. Multiple times this 7 – 11 has disappointed me. I was recently in the store to get an ice cream bar. When I got up to the check out counter the woman working (Ginger) was on her phone, she rang up my items and I asked if I could get a bag. After rolling her eyes at me she grabbed a bag. I told her I would like one so my ice creams wouldn’t get smashed. She grabbed the bag, and when she put them in the bag she smashed them super hard on the counter and said «there.» Needless to say, I get home and my ice cream is cracked and smashed. If you don’t want your nice day ruined by an employee who obviously shouldn’t work with the public, do not go to this 7 – 11.
A few days before, another employee was playing music from his phone and his own speaker system by the counter… prettttty sure that’s not apart of the rules he’s supposed to follow.

I agree with the other review that was left. It’s sort of a uneasy feeling place. it seems dirty and the people who hang out outside ask for money and are scary. Definitely lock my car doors before going inside. Also agree with the comment regarding the cashiers, they aren’t very pleasant either.

The counter people are unpleasant and the people hanging around are a bit scary. Safeway is right down the street at 1302 South 38^th Street and a better choice.
