Awesome service! I called, had an appointment within two days and was in awe when he gave me the estimate and said he could do it now if I wanted. I DID! Saved me another day from work. 3 toilets out and 3 new ones in within less than 3 ½ hours!!! SWEET SERVICE! I recommend them to anyone who wants honest, quick and excellent customer service! I called on a Saturday and equated and evening appt. and was told no problem. Appt. was over a week, during appt. set up I had requested I get an hour heads up before arrival due to having to picked my kids up early from school. Everything was set and when they called to confirm the appt. I was told that they could not honor the request to call an hour before arrival that they only could provide the window already given. Very poor customer service I would have had to take a half day of work to accommodate their schedule. I fortunately found thrifty plumbing who helped me or on short noticed and didn’t charge extra and didn’t charge to come out either. I would recommend them over all purpose any day.

You never have to call these guys back, they do it right the first time. There is nothing too hard for Steve and Gene. You get what you pay for. I’ve been dealing with them for twenty years.

Called this company out to look at a leak in my shower. Plumber immediately tried to «upsell» me into replacing the entire shower and hot water heater. He never bothered to even investigate the leak to see if it could be repaired. After he left, I decided to cut away the drywall and look myself. The slip nut on the drain had loosened. 20 cents worth of plumbers putty and retightening the nut it worked like a charm. Slimy and unethical.

I needed to have earthquake straps installed on our water heater. They were able to send someone out next day, which worked out amazing for me considering I needed it done ASAP! The customer service was amazing, and I was very happy with the work done. It was quick and painless! Definitely recommend.

Very happy with the workmanship and customer service! We needed to have two bibb faucets replaced. Gary replaced the worst one (was also making noise in the kitchen) and capped off the one in the front so we can wait to get it fixed. With tax, it was just under $ 375.00 for the back one and he didn’t charge us for capping off the front bibb faucet. We would recommend them at any time!!!

These people are competent but way too expensive. I had them replace a sink faucet. It took one hour and they charged $ 370.00. This is a sales organization, not a real plumbing company. I would suggest you shop around. I know you can get comparable service for significantly less money.
