All Ways Air Control

We built our house in 2003 and selected All Ways Air as our HVAC contractor. It has been a nightmare with the junk they call a furnace that was installed in our home. We have gone through multiple issues and every time they come out to service our broken down furnace they take on a service fee above and beyond the repairs of the crap system they installed in our home.
I’m so fricken frustrated with the service today where they charged me $ 95 «call fee» on top of the $ 142.50 for 1.5 hours of labor and $ 311 for a new motor. $ 563.50 I paid to get my system running again and still they hit a long time client (12 years) for this fee. Had they installed a quality product in the first place this would never be the case.
I would stay away from these guys if you don’t want to be gouged for fees…
What a joke… If I treated my clients the same way. I wouldn’t have any…

We embarked on a whole house remodel on Mercer Island in July of 2013. We insisted that our General Contractor use All-​Ways Heating and Air Conditioning for the furnace and duct work when we signed a construction agreement. They were consistently among the best of the sub-​contractors. Although we didn’t feel the need to invest in Air Conditioning upfront they recommended that we pull an extra wire for AC from the electrical panel in the garage while we had the walls open. We did that at nominal cost and today we are so happy we did! All-​Ways came today to install air conditioning as we just had our first child and the heat was proving to be intolerable for Mom and baby. Donald the lead installer and his assistant Kaleb were extremely contentious about protecting our new construction putting double drop cloths down and immediately cleaning up any debris. They vacuumed out the return air duct that had some construction dust and cleaned the furnace before re-​installation. We originally selected All-​Ways based on a family friends experience and I wanted to write this review after our second extremely satisfying experience, If you are considering heating and cooling work you would be remiss not to call the folks at All-​Ways Heating and Air. You won’t be disappointed.
