My go to place for watch and simply jewelry repair. Friendly service and they are always able to accommodate our needs, pretty much on the spot! I think we have only had to return once just because they were a little busy and our request was in line so we just came back at a later time!
Pricing is fair when it comes to things we need done, which is usually just common watch repairs and batteries.

Such nice people! Brought in a CZ ring set to be sized because I had been told by another shop I was a 4.25 size. After they sized me with different thickness rings turns out I am a size 4 and don’t need the ring sized down, just need to buy a different size. They saved me money and didn’t make me feel like a cheapskate for buying CZ. I will be going here for my next jewelery repair. Thanks!

Also I forgot to ad that her alternative solution to fix my chain was to weld it together and take the clasp out completely — that’s ridiculous. Really?

These guys are great! Went in to have my engagement ring resized after reading reviews on here. They are so nice! I like that the staff is super informative nd you can tell they know what they’re talking about. If soomeone isn’t 100% sure about something they will ask another staf member, which I, personally appreciate (instead of bs-​ing an answer or just saying they don’t know). No one pushes you on anything and they’re very patient. I was having my ring sized down and wanted it to fit just right so it took me forever to figure out which size to pick. When the exact size wasn’t there they suggested a half or ¼th of a size and they were spot on! No one pushed any extra services on me and prong tightening and everything was included. Reasonable price for just having it sized down about one an ¼th of a size. Pretty quick service as well, and they call to let you know when your stuff is done. Planning on purchasing my fiancé’s wedding ring here too. We probably stood there for about half an hour picking out which ring he wanted, and they were awesome at suggesting metal types and explaining the pros and cons of each one. I can’t remember the staff member’s names, but they are amazing. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Oh! And they were surprisingly wheelchair accessible. Ihave an oversized chair (big a** chair, lol) and it fit through the door and Icould actually manuver around, despite it being a smaller shop. And they were willing to move things if I couldn’t get around. Really great staff, cool selections (even completely custom pieces!), and a shop that makes you feel comfortable. Iike that in a place.

Brought my engagement ring and wedding band in to be sized. My fiancé proposed using his grandma’s ring set, beautiful and VERY small. We went in for an estimate and were told $ 85. The fiancé is very thrifty so he was very happy with the price. We opted to not get them done immediately as we went in on a Saturday and they wouldn’t be able to even start until Monday. A week and 2 days later we go back in and the same lady then tells us $ 200. When I ask about the price difference she up-​sells things that probably DID need to be done, but she neglected to bring it up the first time around. Overall they were very nice and when I got the rings back they looked stunning and fit perfectly. The only reason I deducted a star was the failure to point out the TRUE cost on our first visit. Trying to sell Josh on the extra work was not easy, nor was he happy about it after previously being told it would only be $ 85. Had she been upfront about the extra work needed and the total price the first time around we still would have gotten the rings done, he wouldn’t have been expecting to only spend $ 85, and this would be a 5 star review. Fair warning, it’s not in the greatest location but they take great care of your stuff!

We were referred to Cascade Custom Jewelers from friends/​family who spoke highly of the work they do. To celebrate our 30^th anniversary, we went to store owner Teri, to help us choose the perfect ring. We wanted something with birthstones of our 3 kids, and something that I would be able to wear all the time. Teri carefully listened to what we wanted and helped us choose the exact ring we were looking for. The ring is beautiful and I haven’t taken it off my finger since picking it up. We are so pleased with the quality of work, the reasonable price, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. We will be back!!!

We had Cascade Custom Jewelers handmade my wedding ring sets and I am soooo happy with the result, our gorgeous rings!!! So glad we went here, especially since no one else was able to make exactly what we wanted (which, btw– I wanted a perfect Aquamarine stone in my engagement ring set and the owner Teri totally went out of her way to find the right stone that was above the quality of everything else That we had Checked into!)
