Went for my 10 year reunion and then I saw the bartender. All I can say is… Dat Ass.

Cheers won’t be happening again. My sister came here before with co-workers and suggested it as fun place. I think her co-workers must be crazy fun because this place isn’t. It has several pool tables, 2 dart machines, a punching game and just-okay drinks. I ordered a jack and coke and they forgot the coke. It had 2 ingredients, how hard is it. It’s not really clean, it was empty, and dull. Music was okay. Pool was fun but not worth the experience. Weird infomercials for with old ladies selling adult toys started playing on 5 different screens? Literally, no one wants to see that. ESPECIALLY not out socializing at a bar but really never. There are so many other creative, fun bars now with great drinks and happy hour specials and ambiance that this place just doesn’t make the cut anymore.

Worst service and food I’ve ever had. I literally felt like I was In a garbage bin. I took a chance by ordering chicken from this place. It had COLD Water on it and the chicken was UNDERCOOKED. The menu is deceiving as ADVERTISES having«homemade herbs» but the only thing I received was undercooked, cheap chicken on a butter soaked bun filled with stagnant water I’m assuming they soaked their pre-frozen chicken in. Can you say marinate!?. I could have thrown that thing in a microwave, threw some Italian seasoning on it and it would’ve functioned as food. The worst part… when I entered into the establishment, I was greeted w the Owner kicking Someone out in a less than professional way. And acting as if it were okay. I mean it’s great to see an owner at his business, but not acting worse than his drunk patrons and staff… disgusting! I would never go back. Another thing, one of the off duty servers was drunk beyond recognizing reality and her own patrons and was more than disrespectful. I feel like the staff should not be able to hang out here off duty. Btw the floors are not maintained And sink. The women’s bathroom has a stall with no door. This place is a dive bar to say the least.

Worst service I have experienced in a LONG time! Mahria is the ruddest server ever!!! Waited over 2 hours for food just to be told it’s not her fault and everyone keeps taking our food. Will not be back…

Horrible service, we waited for 45 minutes while asking for a menu. Then waited another 35 minutes for food. We had to ask twice for a napkin and after 20 minutes of not even seeing our server we had to go to the bathroom to get some. This place is the worst, go to The Top

I visited last night, Wed night. Many good things on this visit. I sar at the bar and Ellie was my bartender and server. She did an excellent job with all aspects of service and we had a good conversation on IPA beers, which she was very smart about. Burger was good, not excellent. Large burger and cole slaw. Business was slow and Ellie was always cleaning, but taking care of the customers too. I am a business traveler and eat at many restaurants. Tons of TVs and willing to change channels as you request. I recommend Cheers.

Horrible service!!! First visit was a couple hours before the Miranda Lambert concert. Waited forever to be greeted, finally went up to the bar to get menus. Waited another 15 mins, decided to place our drink order at the bar. This was 5:00pm on A Saturday! Not very busy and plenty of staff on hand. Still could barely get any service! By 6pm it was packed. But in my opinion they had plenty of people to cover it, they were just very inefficient, unorganized, and just straight flopping!!! Definitely need bar rescue up in there! You would think this place would be thriving in this location, so close to the T-Dome. Made a 2nd attempt before the Luke Bryan concert a couple months later thinking maybe it was an off night for them before. NOPE, was the same scenario. Plenty of staff, way undertrained. Way lacking in anything remotely near competent customer service. Even forgot to charge us for 3 of our 6 meals, and 4 or 5 drinks. Oh well… The price you pay for being unorganized and just straight up garbage service! NEVERGOINGHEREAGAIN!!!

Great spot in Tacoma to watch sports! HUGE facility with a ton of TVs for your viewing pleasure. As I had never really been in the Tacoma area, I was nicely surprised that this place was nearby the Tacoma dome. Upon entering there is a large bar, some pool tables and other assorted games. Atmosphere is nice and the staff is great. Their menu had plenty of choices. I ended up with a steak wrap which was quite good. It also came with a salad and was more than enough food for one person. Decent prices as well! Food was initially a little slow to come out but other than that I enjoyed it here. I would certainly come back if I was in the area.

Well, the fries and coleslaw(yes, coleslaw) were satisfying. I had ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of Coleslaw and my Wife ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger with french fries. While the bread for my Philly was nice and soft, I do not think it is the kind of bread to pair with a cheesesteak. The proper bread should a roll, slightly salted, comparable to a french roll. Now, the fillings – way under seasoned. I could not taste any flavor of the meat. Just the cheese mainly the tiny portions of onions and peppers. My Wife wasn’t too pleased with her burger either. It needed more mushroom and cheese. And because it lacked a portion of key ingredients, the burger was too dry. It was our first time here, and it was the last hour for food. Maybe time was of the essence. We will definitely go back to give their food a second chance, until then, two stars it is.

It was a dark and stormy Seahawk Sunday. We knew from our smart phones that it was a tight first half between Seattle and the Giants. We were heading north on I-5 back toward home when a sudden squal(like a sun-burst people, but with an outpouring of rain instead of sunshine… in other parts of the country it’s actually called a cloudburst!) slowed traffic to a crawl at the junction of hwy 16 and I-5. It continued crawling as we approached the junction with 7, and I worried that there might be an accident ahead. Dear Hubby saw nothing on the smart Iphone(map quest instead of google maps!) and i couldn’t check my android because i had both hands on the wheel! Soon I could see(with my little eye) that ahead of us, after the Casino exit, traffic started moving! I decided to take the collector-distributor short cut and exited at ECQ. But at the end of the next block, where I would take the entrance back onto I-5, we were stymied by a car backing up, blocking both lanes. Smoothly and cynically I flowed around them on the right shoulder, and came to a sudden stop! The roadway ahead was flooded at least as deep as my floorboards. Too late, an SUV and family minivan were hot on my back bumper, honking at me to continue. So I pulled left, in front of the backing sports car, then backed up right in front of him. Soon we’d gone around the casino, onto 512 and back off it in a side street, with no clue where we were. Then Portland avenue loomed and we headed back downtown. Thought we’d go to the Rock and watch the 2nd half of the hawks game, but all of the uphill accesses, at every intersection on Pacific, were flooded with stormwater. This is not the usual scene in puget sound. we continued on, east on Pacific, and I was in despair. northbound 99 was closed at Portland(most likely due to something rain related) and all access to northbound i-5 was underwater! Suddenly, my husband spotted the sign for Cheers! We came into a very loud room, with a beautifully simple display of liquor and it’s companion bar under pretty blue pendant lights in an assortment of styles. To the right of it is a great open space with some nice pool table green and some stainless steel topped tables and chairs. An upper level around the south and west sides of the room provided plenty of seating with a little drama. But the real focus was the plethora of large screen h.d. t.v.s and the accompanying broadcast of the hawks! Killing the Giants! The beers were cold, they had coffee drinks too, and an interesting menu. Sojo loved the mac’n’cheese nuggets(nice job with the deep fryer people). DH enjoyed some strips of Calamari(again, deep fried just right). We shared a «Santa Fe pizza» that consisted of a crispy Naan topped with typical Philly Steak fillings. All was enjoyable. So, we stumbled into this location due to the weather, but had a good time and a good meal. The prices were a little higher than their usual(all their HH and meal specials are exclusive of Hawk games) but maybe that was due to the price of those many many(a «multitude») of big screens. Then the Hawks won. A good day.

Excellent sport bar in a poor location… Thankfully. Walked down from holiday inn express across from the union station, and glad I did. Great place to relax and watch a game, play a game of pool, or throw darts. Food is better than all but the Rock that are within walking distance, but that’s just in the pizza category… Update: been here four times now, and if it wasn’t for the owner, I would rate 5 stars. Servers/tenders are awesome. You can’t go wrong with any of the burgers, and the chicken rolls, and hot wings are good to go. Haven’t had a wrap yet, but that may happen on the next trip.

It’s not a horrible spot. It’s not that lively and it’s not in a great area. They have a good amount of TVs, pool tables and a lot of space. Not my top spot in Tacoma.

I’m just here for the PPV boxing. We get here early for good seats and to place our orders. Food always shows up fast enough because we’re here before the rush. The place is pretty loud, but it’s a sports bar so that’s to be expected. Clean, spacious, nice big TVs. Parking can be pretty full, but also not a problem since we’re early. Food isn’t special, but that’s not what I’m here for — it’s the boxing. Nachos are solid, it’s usually what I get. Would never come here except for the PPV boxing. Would not recommend for food or atmosphere. But great for watching the big fights.

Expensive food and drinks, slow service. At least 4 better bars in a 3 mile radius. Went there once, don’t plan on going again.

We came to watch the Pacquiao vs Bradley rematch. We’ve been a few times before to watch UFC fights so we knew to expect awful service and sub par food. This time was by far the worst. There were three of us and all of us ordered food. Only one person received their food. Half an hour after the one person in our party received food, we were informed that the other orders were lost. We decided to wait and get food somewhere else after the fight ended. We heard people around us complaining and saw two tables leave without getting food that they ordered. Even though this was the worst experience we’ve had, it was consistent with our previous experiences. The food is always bad and the service is a joke. Do yourself a favor. If you do decide to come for a pay per view event, eat before you come and set your expectations for service very low.

We came here to watch the Steelers games and that’s the only thing we liked. I hate to leave bad reviews but maybe this will help them become a great bar. The place is gorgeous, super clean, huge space, lots of things to do and the tv’s are everywhere. here are the cons. 1. the servers don’t seem to have sections. I was sitting at a table of 5 for a game and we had two servers. it just made things take forever. The servers seem to be running all over the place. 2. the food is horrible. I chicken wings and they are pretty hard to mess up. I couldn’t even eat the spicy garlic. they were atomic and I didn’t see any garlic. The other food is very average. the entire menu needs a redo. 3. a Kailua and coffee should not cost $ 11 anywhere. I have been here probably 10 times so this isn’t just a bad review because I was here once. Thats it, so if you dont want to eat and you dont mind slow service. Then you’ll have a great time. I had fun watching the games but we went and ate elsewhere.

My friends and I came here last Saturday for some pre-St. Patty’s drinking since we all had to work on Monday morning and didn’t want to go out on Sunday night. I was pretty disappointed with the place. We ordered a few pitchers. Guinness isn’t particularly a highly-carbonated beer but our pitcher was completely flat. Someone at our table commented that it tasted watered-down. Our glasses were smudged and dirty and the service wasn’t great. Food was sub-par — standard nachos and cheese fries — but might have been good drunk food. We knew the night was over when the server came over and turned all the tv’s off in the dining room without saying anything, even though everyone in the bar(mind you, the entire space is completely open and separated by only three steps/stairs) was still drinking, playing pool, and watching TV. I won’t be back.
