This service was amazing! Easy to deal with, sympathetic, and caring. Let me know every step of the way what was going on. No hassle at all. I looked into several different places and this was the most economical way to go. I will be sure to use them again, although I hope not to need them anytime soon.

I found that the entire process to be extremely efficient and professionally conducted. All communication was done though email and a couple of phone calls. Yesterday a very personable woman came by to deliver the ashes and death certificates. Not one glitch or any unanswered questions.

I am sorry if you are reading this review and looking for these kinds of services. However I can genuinely say that you need look no further. CSW was AMAZING! I was dealing with an out of state situation as I live in CA and I don’t see how this could have been made any easier on me. Candace is an incredible, kind, and gentle administrator who guided me through this process flawlessly. Even when I had a minor hang up (on my part, absolutely no fault of CSW) they took an after hour call and got RIGHT back to me and were ready to assist though thankfully I ended up not needing it.
I cannot recommend them enough!
