I’ve come back to Dayna after being away for a few years because she is the best. She listens and delivers quality every time. Her prices are fair and she is very dependable. She has a positive attitude and puts up with finicky customers like myself with style and grace. Don’t know what id do without her!

Dayna is awesome! She gets my color and cut perfect every time. I always feel like a million bucks when I walk out of the salon!

I’ve always left a hair stylist’s chair feeling sort of blah about my color. Cuts are generally a hit or miss with me.
But Dayna, woah Nelly!!! She blew away all my expectations and made this picky chicky a very happy camper!!! My last (very recent) color experience left me feeling like it was an incomplete experience, with terrible highlights and a lack of blending with my natural color. Dayna revamped my mopey mop into a beautiful coif that I can finally wear proudly! Plus, she’s cute to boot, a total sweetheart and truly listens to what you have to say. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I know. Thanks Dayna, you’re my hair hero!

Having been a blonde for almost 15 consecutive years — I can tell you I’ve been to more colorists then then Pope has heard confession. I’ve been to Gene Juarez, Firefox Salon, and a sprinkling of private colorists here in the Sound. Dayna is by far the best blonde specialist I have ever met. I just got out of her chair less than an hour ago and once again, she has done an absolutely phenomenal job. There are zero orange or brassy tones to my color — it’s the clean bright blonde I love. I also don’t spend 5 hours in the chair because although I do have long hair, I have a life too. She is extremely reasonably priced and I can honestly say, as a person who’s worked in customer service for many, many years, she has outstanding customer service. Very, very few people have the natural ability to serve their clients in the manner that keeps the client happy and coming back, but she does it each and every time. The previous review was correct, once you’re in you’re hooked! Thank you Dayna!

Dayna definitely listens to what you want and delivers. Yesterday I walked out with a great haircut. The only thing I’m going to do next time is ask her to be more creative in the styling aspect after the cut. I love it when I leave with hair that looks different than how I would style it. Just a personal preference though.

Color goddess is correct. Dayna carefully listens to me each time about exactly what I want. Even though sometimes I’m not sure what I want, she takes the extra time to make sure I’m going to leave happy and gorgeous. She is an excellent stylist and gives great cuts/​trims. Dayna is a jewel in the rough. I’d highly recommend her to my friends. Oh and her prices are excellent!

I love Dayna! I used to go to her when she owned Urban Zen in Bremerton, I even took my two boys to her. When she moved to Gig Harbor, I was so bummed and tried looking for a new stylist for myself and the boys. I tried two stylist for me and neither worked. My boys’ hair was butchered by JCP. Their hair is so thick and cowlicks, they need special attention, not the buzz everyone wants to do to boys. I finally broke down and decided that the 40 min to Gig Harbor every 8 weeks was worth it. The boys love her (13 and 10) and they are always happy when they get to see her. I always leave with shiny fabulous hair! Thanks Dayna

She is the nicest girl you’ll ever meet and if you go to her even once you’ll be hooked! Her prices are super fair and she uses the best products too! I love the salon in Gig Harbor she is currently at but then again I’d pretty much drive to any city to have my hair done by her. Thanks Dayna you are zee best!!!
