I had my first massage appointment with Cass. She is very personable and skilled. It is very difficult
to get a good massage. Cass wasn’t afraid to apply pressure where I needed it on my back and even found hidden spots. She also helped me relax, which is very difficult for me to do. I am going back in two weeks and suggest that others check her out. She is definitely worth the time and money. Thank you Cass!

So apparently I’ve lived not 1 mile from this place and never knew it was here. I purchased a groupon for a massage due to a neck strain which later turned into a back strain… seriously coughing is pure evil!
Anyway, I bought a groupon for a 1 hour Swedish massage for both myself and a friend. The plan was to get the massages at the same time and have a girls day. Sadly however they currently only had one masseuse. When I called Kass was very good about trying to get me scheduled but due to the closing time of 6 pm during the week and a busy weekend (on my part) I had to schedule a couple weeks out. She seemed to genuinely care about my well being as I was in pain when I spoke with her and advised me if I needed to come in sooner to let her know.
The day before I called to confirm my appointment time, mainly because I was pretty much a mess when I made the appointment so I completely forgot to write it down. The girl who answered the phone confirmed my time and made sure it was on the calendar.
The morning of my massage I arrived about 10 minutes early and since I was the first appointment of the day I didn’t think much of it when the lights were off. Kass did run a little late (5 minutes or so), which kind of sucked because there is a Mary Kay sales person in the same building and she has quite a sales pitch… nice lady and all, but I’m not really a fan of «sales people» and if I had money to spend on Mary Kay cosmetics, I wouldn’t be holding a Groupon LOL.
Kass arrived and apologized for the inconvenience of having to wait and let me into the front gift shop area. The gift shop had a small selection of items for sale including these super cute notepads. I know, I know that’s what my smart phone is for, I hear it ALL the time… But it’s just not the same!
Before the massage she asked about any problem areas and made sure to focus on them during the massage. The massage itself was amazing an I left feeling fantastic. She really went above and beyond to make sure any problem areas were addressed.
Once I can afford another massage I will definitely go back to Kass at Medicine River… With any luck it will be sooner rather than later HAHAHA
