Waited over 2 hours for a tow, and then when I called to ask where they were and expressed how unhappy I was they apparently took the liberty of canceling my tow. I did not find out until my insurance called me to see if my car had been towed yet. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable!

My husbands car broke down at 3am on I5 on his way to work. He was able to park it at a business right off of an exit. I picked him up brought him home to take another vehicle to continue on to work. I called my Safeco roadside assistant round 8am that morning, from my work, to see about getting the vehicle towed to our home. Safeco used Express Towing, and the tow was going to be free because of the roadside assistant coverage. Things were looking better… I’d never had to have a car towed so this was going to be a new experience. I received a call from Theo from Express Towing about an hour later letting me know he was about 15 minutes away. I explained to Theo that I was not with the vehicle and that it was no rush… and that I could meet him there if he needed me too. He did need me to meet him because he had to put the car in to neutral to pull it up on the flat bed. I could be there in 10 minutes. I met Theo, a very nice man who told me I could leave the keys with him and he can drop it off at our home. I made a request of Theo to see if he could put our car in a particular spot in our driveway when he dropped it off and he said he would if there was room for him. I handed the keys off and headed back to work. I received a call a short time later from Theo letting me know he delivered our vehicle back home and that he was able to put the vehicle where I had requested and where he had hidden the keys. I really appreciated the follow up and felt I could trust him with all of the craziness that was going on that day. Theo was very nice and extremely helpful and helped alleviated a lot of stress on such a stressful day!
