Fircrest Garden Apts

lived here since july this year. poorly constructed apartments. not enough parking for tenants. patty, the apartment manager, takes everything very personally. i received a very nasty, very rude, very unprofessional letter regarding our patio («an ugly, disgusting pot» is what she called a large canister on our patio), and also told me that i would «need to find a new home» for my service animal because she forgot to request the necessary paperwork regarding his certification. i guess no one has ever told her that you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. let’s talk about the pros now. the pool area is very nice. i like the idea of it being a gated community as well, however, the front gate closes quite early at 6p, and for some reason, the keypad at the back gate is on the opposite side of the driver’s seat. you literally have to exit your car to use the keypad. what? if i had known then, what i know now, i would not have chosen these apartments.

Absolutely gorgeous apartments to live in.
Walls and ceiling are incredibly thin and I can hear the upstairs neighbor all through out the day and night walking (sounds more like a herd of elephants).
The layout of the one bedroom that I live in is amazing. Very spacious and tons of storage as I am military and have a lot of gear.
Hardly ever any parking, old appliances that don’t get your clothes or dishes clean the first wash, and tons of nats.
One star due to situations between the staff and the rhinoceros that I have had.
